"Hey, monster! Over here!!"

You shouted at the top of your lungs that was loud enough for the said monster in the mine to hear. Turning to where you shouted, it immediately spotted you and angrily surged forward with a low growl escaping its non-existing mouth. It was on its way to cause you harm.

"Grghh, there... thief too... won't give... mine. Mine!" Its own growls were getting louder by the minute from the intimidation every time it sees you unfazed and determined. More reason to make you perish. It was closing its distance when the monster raised its pickaxe and slammed it down on you with the dearth crumbling as you barely escaped it in time.

"Ah?! That punch looks like a knockout if it lands!" Grim anxiously commented and you glanced behind you, seeing the monster still trailing from your tail, you planned to lure it out the mines first before executing the next step.

"Get it as far from the tunnel as possible!" You commanded loudly enough for the others to hear and led them to ready themselves for possible outcomes, their stances quick and eyes sharp to observe the monster.

"Go away! Go away!!"

"I-it's pretty far from the tunnel now..!" An overwhelmed Grim exclaimed and quickly turned towards you while awaiting for your signal. Your pupils shook with such keenness, your attention fully focused on the creature.

You huffed under your breath, "Right..." Staring with narrowed eyes at the sluggish monster, you calmly let out an erratic sigh until you see the monster standing at the perfect spot. You immediately turned to Ace. "...now!"

"Great Grim's [Fire special]!" Grim began to set his fire ablaze from his mouth and hit it directly to the monster. While Ace extended his magical wand out to finally cast his magic.

"Alright, I got this! Let's go [Extra large tempest]!" With a wave of his pen and pointed it on the target, Ace chanted as the wind he casted was sent towards the screeching monster. Who was gradually weakened from the fire-tornado combination attack.

"How's this!? I can even fan Grim's shoddy flames into an inferno!"

"It's not shoddy! Ugh! Every word out of your mouth just ticks me off!"

The two were arguing again while keeping their attacks, unbeknownst to the flames that had reflected through your glossy hues with such rampage and you immediately turned to Deuce with a shout to catch his attention. "The monster is caught in the inferno, Deuce! Now's your chance!"

Upon hearing his name, Deuce felt his breath hitch and the navy haired tried his best to concentrate on the words of what you had instructed him earlier. It would be no good if he'd accidentally ruin your plan now. The tension on his muscles slowly faded away when he let himself relax under the brazen, hot breeze of the inferno.

"Calm down... take aim... the biggest, and heaviest thing I know..." He extended his pen towards the monster with a determined glint in his eyes screaming for victory.

"...[Come forth, cauldron]!"

Something suddenly appeared, a giant cauldron, out of the thin air when it immediately crushed the sluggish monster down not before letting out a grunt of utter surprise. Pushed forcefully flat on the ground like an indecent pancake all the while the four of you cheered on the success.

Grim cheered, "Pnah! Nice work everyone!" Then he noticed something that made him snicker of the thought that reminded him of a certain scenario earlier as he nudged your leg from below.
