Severia Lily Potter

Detention

After the classes were over Severia quickly did her homework as she had a detention to attend.

She went down the dungeons and entered the class and saw Professor Snape sitting on the chair grading papers.

She went and stood in front of him.He noticed her after a few mins and stared at her for a few mins and then said.

"You have to scrub those cauldrons without using magic"he said pointing towards the cauldrons.

Severia just nodded and went to scrub the cauldrons.

Snape just stared at her,she was an identical copy of Lily.When he first saw her he couldn't believe his eyes,he wanted to know who this girl was and how is she a lookalike of Lily?.

He kept watching her the whole time as she scrubbed the cauldrons without using any magic.

After what felt like an hour Severia was done with her work so she went and again stood infront of Snape so that he can dismiss her.

"What?"he glared at her and asked in a low voice.

Severia flinched as he growled at her but then she pointed towards the now scrubbed cauldrons.Snape saw them and then glared back at the girl.

"Who are your parents?"he asked as to know about her more.

She nodded her head in denial as if saying she didn't wanted to answer.

"I asked you something....you silly girl... can't you open your mouth and speak up?"he growled.

She flinched again but then mustered up the courage and raised her wand and flicked it in the air.

"I am mute... I cannot speak sir"golden words once again emerged in front of Snape floating in air.

Snape read them and then remembered why she made words pop out of her wand instead of speaking.

"Who are your parents?"he asked a bit softly this time.

"I am an orphan....I live in a muggle orphanage"golden words emerged and Snape read them.

"You may go"is all he could manage to say and Severia giving a small nod left the class and headed towards the great hall for dinner.

She sat on the only seat empty which was  on the further corner of the Griffindor table.Nobody sat beside her.She had not had any luck in making conversation with anybody since morning and she believed she would have no luck making friends here as she had the same luck at Beauxbatons.

Post dinner she went straight to her bed and slept as she was tired of the day.

"Miss Adams are you done with your potion?"asked Snape as he saw her sitting on her chair doing nothing.

She nodded her head slowly and pulled the flask with her potion infront of him.Snape took it and saw the exact colour the potion should have,which means she made it perfectly.

Hermione's jaw dropped to the floor when she saw somebody else had completed a Potion before she could do it.Apart from Snape's insults Hermione did well in potions always being the first one to finish her potion.

"Perfect....10 points to Griffindor"said Snape and walked away and the whole class was shocked because not only did he appreciated his student but also gave points to Griffindor.

"How did you do that?? Snape's never given us any house points"Ron said as they walked down to their next class which was Care of Magical Creatures.

She just smiled at him and kept walking as they walked beside her but spoke nothing.
