Severia Lily Potter

New Professor

It was 3 months since the term started and now is when the headmaster was able to get a new DADA professor for the school.

During the dinner it was announced that the school has finally  got a new DADA professor and also introduced him to the students.

Remus Lupin bowed down to the students as they clapped for him,while Severus Snape just rolled his eyes at it.

It was Severia's first DADA lecture with their new professor.It was Slytherin with Griffindor and the students sat down in their seats waiting for the professor to enter the class.

Severia was sitting with Hermione while Harry and Ron sat behind them.

Professor Lupin arrived the class and took the roll call and stopped at a name.

Severia Lily Adams.

Severia raised her hand as she heard her name.Remus stopped his gaze at her and was shocked beyond wits.He walked towards her and stood in front of her.He was sure she was her...... James's daughter.....his best friend's daughter whom he had not seen in years.....an exact replica of her mother.

Severia just gave him a confused look.Remus turned and went back to his desk.

"Students today we are going to learn about Boggarts...can anyone tell what they are like?"Remus asked.

"They are shapeshifters....they take the form of things that really terrifies you...that what makes them so frigt..

"Frightening"Finished Remus.

After Remus explained them how to fight a boggart he asked them to form a line and face it.Neville turned his boggart i,e Professor Snape into wearing his Grandmother's clothes,Ron fought his boggart i,e spiders by turning their legs into skates and so on.

Soon it was Severia's turn.She came face to face with the boggart and her boggart didn't took any shape it turned to bright green light and Severia found herself stuck on the ground...she couldn't move or think of anything.Her worst fear came in front of her.The most terrifying memory of hers.She could relive it again.

She saw that a dark black cloaked figure approaching them,and then cries of a woman begging along with the cries of a baby which she knew was herself,then within a min she saw that deathly flash of green light and the woman's voice died down along with the baby's and then it was all silent and she could still see the blurry image of the baby crying but no voice came out of it and then...

Severia could no longer watch the memory and so she collapsed on the floor and then everything blacked out.

She woke up to find herself in the same classroom floor and the students hovering over her head and the professor beside her.

She got up and stood.

"Here eat this..it will help"The professor gave her a piece of chocolate which she took and ate.

"I think this is enough for today"Said the professor and left the class.

Soon the students left for their other classes.Severia quickly pulled her bag on her shoulder and left the class.

Harry,Ron and Hermione followed her and they all went towards the dungeons for their potions class.

The trio tried to talk to her but she didn't respond and just was lost in her thoughts so they left her to be after sometime.

Once settled in the class,Snape asked them all to make an ageing potion by following the instructions on the board and collecting the ingredients.
