Their History

The Mikaelson siblings stood shocked at the revelation. Whereas, Rebekah laughed and had a proud smirk on her face. Andrea was her best friend and they would often meet each other. They had a really special bond, you could almost call them sisters. She wanted Andrea to be her sister-in-law someday. Sadly, she knew her friend's reaction so she never expressed her views. However, she did understand because Elijah and Kol were like older and younger brothers to her respectively. Niklaus on the other hand had a rival relationship with her, they would respect each other as good competition nothing more. Nobody could ever decide on who is the best, Rebekah was always intrigued by their interactions and felt some sort of a connection between the two.

Elijah walked in and said "Not surprising, she is a skilled fighter. It has been so long since we last saw her. How is she, Rebecka?". " Oh she is great brother, I miss her even though I met her last week," Rebecka said thinking about her best friend. Then Mikael spoke, "Well that is great, and do not worry you will be meeting her soon". The quiet Niklaus spoke suddenly "When?". Kol laughed at his brother's reaction "Looks like brother here is impatient to meet her I wonder why could it be to make up for the loss or something more interesting. I have heard that she has grown to be a real beauty". Niklaus glared at him and said, "You have thought right, I do intend to win this time". Rebecka smiled "Oh you will keep dreaming brother, her technique is exceptional. She is very hard working. Also Kol, she has taken after her mother. I have seen a few guys try for her but the way she turns them down is too funny". The whole family was amused at this and wanted to know more but were too shy to ask.

Mikael took all this in "From what I have heard, they say that she is just like her mother. In personality, skill and beauty. Talking about her is making me reminisce your childhood". The Mikaelsons and the Labonairs had known each other for a long time. The kings were best friends from childhood and their wives became the same once introduced. All four of them would often meet and soon the kids came along. Thus, the second generation were childhood friends. Time passed and both sides became very busy. With that taking care of the civilization and the kids growing up, it became very difficult to meet. They would often meet up at balls or business meetings.

Mikael started by saying "We have got an invitation for a very important event and royalty from all around is coming". All the Mikaelsons looked up wondering what it would be. The king looked at them thinking and continued "A ball is held for the children, as a way for them to get to know each other and take the path of peace. This is mainly to teach the future generations about alliances and the importance of peace". After hearing this all of them looked happy, especially Rebecka for obvious reasons(Andrea). However, Niklaus was taking it in and thoughtfully asked "What type of alliances father?". All looked at their father now thinking the same but Kol went ahead and said "Already ready for marriage brother", he said with his classic smirk. All the siblings said in unison "Shut up Kol". Mikael laughed at this and thought about how he will get out of this, after a bit he said "Business alliances but it can become a marriage alliance, I do not know". After saying he walked away leaving his children a bit shocked.

In the Labonair house, the same was said. The king walked away receiving the same reaction. Andrea and her sister were dumbstruck by his answer. Both were certainly not ready for marriage. They both were of marriageable ages but not interested. Andrea stopped thinking about it and started to train Davina. Her sister was not the best with swords but archery was her strong suit. Her technique and aim were the best in the kingdom. Andrea was proud and would appreciate this but would also tell her sister to always be modest. After their long training sessions, they would go to study. Both liked to read and were highly educated in almost all of the subjects. Math, History, Economics, and English were places where they excelled the most. From their parents, they understood the importance of education and how to use it in the real world. Once they were done they went horse riding. The maids observed all of this and thought that everything they did was not ladylike. None of them objected because this has been happening for years, it had all started when their new queen arrived. After some time, they all understood her point of view. Now they would just look at her and the Labonair line proudly.
