Before Part 3 (The city of Mondstadt)
In a small library, you can see Dr Rose who seems to be shocked by the respond that you gave him. Dr Rose is seen shaking his hand as he is grabbing hold of the paper as his eyes are wide open when looking at the paper.
Dr Rose: There's... nothing. You didn't write anything.
He then looks at you with confusion.
Dr Rose: I thought OC is supposed to be something that readers will love to do. But I guess I am mistaken.
He puts the paper down and sigh due to your respond.
Dr Rose: Oh well. Guess I have to do it myself.
Before Dr Rose starts to write, a small stack of paper is thrown at the table between you and him. He look to his left to see who threw the papers and it is revealed to be both Tan Hua and Senti.
Dr Rose: What's this?
Tan Hua: You can say this is our own attempt for the OC.
Senti: Yeah! You better make sure that our characters rock!
Dr Rose inspects the paper as he looks through the details of their oc. After doing so, he can't help but smile.
Dr Rose: Thank you. I assure you that they will be put to good use.
He starts to write something to the story and the new characters for Kamen rider Saikou and Kenzan are now created in the story.
Dr Rose: I still have Kamen rider Calibur OC to deal with, but I think I got it. Alright, now onto the opening.
Opening:
*Music Start Playing*
Y/n and Saikou are seen waking up from their nap in a bedroom. They get dressed to their usual clothes and prepare to exit the house that they were sleeping at. They met Aether and Paimon and had breakfast together at a food shop before they finally exit the city of Mondstadt through the main entrance and start walking through the bridge.

The camera moves away from the group as it moves up to the sky to show the whole of Mondstadt with the background showing the six winged dragon flying around a tall tower. All of a sudden, a red dragon appear from the background as it flies towards the camera and passes it.
Dare ni mo mirarezu saku hana wa (The flower that blooms unnoticed...)
Y/n is at a library and is finding a book to read. After successfully finding one, he removes a book from a bookshelf and opens the book with a smile on his face before he starts reading the book.
Saikou is seen at the same food shop and he is trying out the different food that the shop has to offer. Saikou takes a bite of one of the food and is delightful with how delicious the food is.

Aether and Paimon are talking to a lady about them
completing the commissions. They then received their reward from the lady for completing the commissions and thank her for the reward.
Hisoyaka na yasashisa wa (Its secret kindness...)
The red Brave dragon book is seen opened by y/n before we see the group exploring the different parts of Mondstadt. They first start with the city, a grass plain, a forest and a ruin with a tower that is covered in air currents.
Hitoshirezu saite chiru (...blooms and withers away unnoticed)
After that, there are two different groups at different parts of the sky pillars where y/n is walking with his brother while Aether walking with his sister. However, we can only see the hands of the brother and the sister and are unable to see their faces.
Kamen ni kakureta namida wo misezu ni (Don't show those tears under your mask)
A hall of the building is shown as the camera moves slowly through the hall and towards the staircase at the end of the hall. The camera's point of view changes to an office where we see three individuals inside. There's a blonde woman who is wearing a white and green uniform and she is sitting on a chair near the desk. There's another woman who has brown hair and wears a purple witch outfit and she is standing beside the blonde woman on her right. The third person is the same blue eye and blue hair man that the group met before who is also standing beside the blonde woman on her left.
Then, the young green man that y/n saw in his vision is standing on top of a building staring into the sky with the green and silver sword sheathed inside a sheathe that is attached to the back of his waist.
The scene changes where we see the purple knight but the design is different as it is similar to Saber. The right shoulder pad looks like a dragon head that has a knight visor. The knight has a right waist cape instead of his usual cape. As for the helmet, the dragon head with the blood red visor is replaced with a metal visor that has red lines on it. The chest armour is replaced from the golden armour with several dragon heads to a metal chest armour. Behind the purple knight is an army of different types of hillichurls facing the same direction of the knight. The knight proceeds to swing his sword and create a purple energy slash.
Y/n is at the ruin with Rekka sheathed into the seiken swordDriver that is attached to his belt area and has the brave dragon book inserted into the left slot of the driver. The giant brave dragon book falls from the sky and lands behind y/n before he unsheathes Rekka which cause the book in the driver to open and reveal the armour's right arm and helmet.
ALMIGHTY
Hon ni kakareta chie to yuuki wo tsukande (Take knowledge and courage from books)
The giant book opens as well as y/n swings Rekka two times to create a X fire slash energy attack. The red dragon from before merges with y/n along with the X shaped fire, turning y/n into kamen rider saber.
The scene changes to the knights and Aether fighting the army of hillichurls.
Saber fights the hillichurls as he slashes continuously at the hillichurls and defeats them one by one.
Saikou is seen flying to one of the hillichurls and defeats it with a single slash before moving to the other two hillichurls and defeats them by slashing at them as well.
The green knight in y/n's vision does a spin attack at the hillichurls that are surrounding him with the the green and silver sword that is split into two different swords. This is then followed by another spin attack but in a different direction to finish them off.
Aether swings his sword at some of the hillichurls before using his anemo powers to blow away the other hillichurls. Paimon is just floating near Aether and avoiding the attacks from the hillichurls.
ALMIGHTY
Saber stabs Rekka to the ground as many swords fall from the sky and stab themselves to the ground.
Shinjita hou e ugokaseru sa (Make the world move towards what you believe in...)
Mirai (That future!)
It is night time and Y/n and the group are walking through the bridge in the opposite direction to return back to the city so that they can rest for the night.
We then see the Xcross watch start glowing a blue light for a short period of time
The opening ends with Saber standing at the cliff where we can see the scenery of Mondstadt.
