Confrontation

Months have passed and I learned how to travel between realms. Chris and my 'zombified' self are back in Boston. I watched myself live normally alongside the man that owns part of me. Days and nights are opposite in the Soul Realm from the living. At nights when Sebastian falls asleep, I travel back to the Living and watch my family go on with their life as if all their prayers of me being normal have been heard by their god.

"Elizabeth..." Silas called out as he appeared behind me.

"Why do you keep calling me that?" I asked, somewhat irritated.

"It's your name." He walked in front of me and smiled.

"That's not my name." I said as I examined him from head to toe. Silas looks like he's in his mid forties, well built, hair always tied loosely at his nape. Imagine Ichabod Crane from the TV show Sleepy Hollow.

"There are a lot of things that you don't know, my child." His smile was warm and loving. "Come take a walk with me." he held out his hand waiting for me to take it. I did and then we were in an empty park.

I looked around and it seemed so familiar. "I think I've been here before." I said as I turned around to face him.

"Are you sure?" He smiled and I nodded. "Let me ask you something, Eliza... I mean. Sage."

"Sure." I said as I walked towards a bench and sat down.

"What's one thing you want right now?" he asked as he sat beside me.

"What do I want?" I bit my lip and thought hard, all I can think of is Chris for some reason.

"You're thinking of him." he voiced out what's on my mind. "I can send you back to the realm of the living, but..." He sighed.

"But what?" I looked at him curiously.

"I'll let you go back to them but you will need to find out the truth about you within a limited time." he got up and walked towards the swings.

"If I'm not able to do it?" I bowed my head.

"Then I will take you back to the Soul realm, and you're staying there forever." he sighed.

"You have a deal." I whispered.

"What did you say, child?" Silas' head snapped towards me.

"You have a deal." I repeated.

"Alright then." He whispered something and just like that, I was back into my body.

"CHRISTOPHER!" I shouted. I heard the shower running and I ran to the bathroom and threw myself at him.

"Hey. What's wrong?" He said as he held on to me.

"Nothing. I..." I pulled away and kissed him.

"You know if you want me, you can just say so." he teased as he took my clothes off. The feeling of the water running down my body felt so good that I started crying. "Hey, sweetheart. What's wrong?" I shook my head and we continued what we started.

I sat by the pool just soaking up the sun when I heard dad's car. I got up and attempted to run to the garage to meet him. Once he was out of his car, I ran to him and hugged him.

"Daddy." I said.

"Is everything alright?" he asked as he hugged back.

"Yeah. I just suddenly missed you." I said as I pulled away.
