Gender reveal day!!
today Jennifer woke up extra early and went to the doctors office to pick up the little paper that had the gender of the baby
I'm laying on my bed while Elijah walks in my room and asks "let's go eat so they could do the decorations"
"I'm not even ready Eli" I say while rolling over
"Well get ready I could wait" he says softly
"Okay then" I say while getting off my bed
He leaves the room and I change into a hoodie and jeans and do my makeup
I leave my room and Elijah says "Take ur other clothes for the party"
"Okay" I say while going back in my room
I pack my clothes to wear and we finally leave
(I drive btw)
We get to a restaurant and we order and just eat
"What do you think it's gonna be" I ask Elijah
"Boy" he says
"Me too" I say while smiling
We finish eating and he says hes gonna go to the bathroom
He goes and I just sit there on my phone
After a while he comes back and says "they aren't done yet so let's go to the mall"
I make a surprised face and say "who's paying?"
"You pay for breakfast I pay for everything at the mall" he says while taking out his wallet
"Okay"
We end up going to the mall and we look around
After we get a bunch of stuff and we go to Jennifer's house
"So you could get ready here because the decorations are done" he says while sitting in the couch
I got to Jennifer's room and change into my dress and I do my makeup
I walk out and I see that he changes as well
We leave Jennifer's house and go to my house
I walk in and see a bunch of balloons everywhere
I see pins that say "boy? Or Girl?"
I see a big box with pink and blue ribbons
And I see a bunch of food and people
Everyone starts clapping when we enter
I put my hands over my face and I say hi to everyone
I finally get to the last bit of people but I see
Tessa and Nate
I stand there smiling and hug them super tight but kinda sad realizing my mom didn't go
They all ask to feel my stomach which was pretty embarrassing but kinda cute
After all of that it's finally time to open the box
My heart was pounding so fast but whatever it was I would be happy
Me and Alex stand in front of the box while everyone's taking pictures and cheering
Me and Alex both put our hand on the ribbon to pull
