I untied Vanessa to let her drink some water "Are you feeling better now?" I asked while rubbing her back in a soothing way. Once she finished the water she looked at me with tired eyes "You're really confusing, you know." I rolled my eyes as I took the empty cup from her "You're still my friend Vanessa, I'm not gonna treat you like garbage when you're not even yourself." I picked up the wires that we used to tie her hands together "But, I'm still gonna restrain you because of that."

"Said it once, and I'll say it again. You are terrifying, superstar," Bonnie said as I finished tying up Vanessa. "I'm keeping us safe," I said after making sure she was secure.

Once again, I pulled Bonnie aside so the two of us could talk privately away from Vanessa. "So, clearly what we did had an affect. But when I was up close, her eyes still weren't back to normal," I whispered to him. "You think there are more strange machines around the Pizzaplex?" I nodded in response "I doubt only one would have this much power over an entire mall of robots."

I looked over at the screens again, maybe the cameras could help us find more of them. Even with so many of them around the building, there were still some blind spots. "We may have to split up," I said. "And search the ENTIRE building?" Bonnie asked incredulously. "What else can we do? I don't see any strange glitches on the cameras anymore, so they must be hidden away."

I knew that I was right, and Bonnie knew as well. With a heavy sigh he agreed, "Fine, just... be careful, superstar." A small smile came to my face "Like you said before, I'm a grown up who can take care of myself."

"Oh my god, get a room you two," Vanessa groaned. I just smiled down at her "Well, at least you have your sense of humor again."

Bonnie and I decided to split the Pizzaplex in halves for us to search, from the atrium, he would take all the floors below it and I would take the floors above it. Then we would meet back at the second floor of the atrium to see our progress.

The elevator doors opened up to the Fazcade, I groaned once I walked out of the elevator. "Why did I choose this floor to search..." I didn't have time to mope since a security bot was coming my way, I ran to the side to avoid its view. "Okay... Big floor, full of arcade machines," I sighed to myself before starting my search.

I scanned all the arcade machines that I passed while I dodged the S.T.A.F.F. bots that patrolled the floor, so far they all looked like regular arcade games. While I was searching, I could hear a voice in the distance "Da da dum dum dum da dum dum..." It sounded like Foxy. Definitely don't wanna get caught by him, Foxy's much faster than everyone else. I'd be dead before I even knew what happened.

My search led me all around the floors of the arcade, the machines all looked like regular old arcade games. The only places I haven't checked were the back, and the area where Pirate's Cove and the dance floor were. Bumping into Foxy and the DJ in this state was the last thing I wanted, so I opted to go search the storage area at the back of the Fazcade. It was a long hallway where the employees just dumped some unneeded and unwanted stuff, as well as extra arcade machines and ones that didn't work anymore.

There weren't any security bots patrolling back here, so I decided not to rush my search. I checked clusters of arcade cabinets and even the ones covered by sheets, it wasn't until I reached the very end did I find what we were looking for. The arcade cabinet had the same design as before, the only difference was the title being "Princess Quest II" now.

This one was longer and more difficult than the first one, but still, I managed to beat it. The ending was different too, once I finished the last puzzle I was met with the king character from the start saying that it was time to rest, behind him was a door covered in purple glitches. I expected that giant black blob from the end of the last game to show up once I entered, but instead the princess was in the middle of what looked to be an office. Then, the arcade game shut off.

I maneuvered my way around the security bots quickly, wanting to meet back with my only non-brainwashed friend as soon as possible. From the bottom of the stairs, my path to the elevator looked clear so I decided to slow down a little, my legs were starting to ache after all. Big mistake. The security bot looped around the giant statue at the entrance and caught me by surprise, I felt it bump into me before it blared its alarms.

Fear engulfed my body as I ran to the elevator, in the distance I heard Foxy's voice, "There be no quarter for trespassers." Never has the pirate's voice scared me this much. The elevator doors opened and I rushed inside and pressed the button to the second floor of the atrium, I could hear Foxy's footsteps running towards me now. I rapidly mashed the button to close the elevator doors as he came into view "I've got ya now!"

The doors finally closed, luckily before Foxy could get in, I leaned against the elevator wall as relief washed over me. *BANG BANG BANG* I screeched from the sound of metal pounding on the elevator doors, mentally praying that they would stay shut.

There was a beat before the elevator started moving and playing the Pizzaplex jingle. I sighed and collapsed on the floor against the back of the elevator, my whole body feeling like jello from that experience.
