"You sneaky little trickster," Roxy said as she ruffled my hair up. I had just finished polishing her up, after her inspection was done the tension between us was gone, so we talked a lot more casually while I was cleaning her. "Can you blame me? I missed you a lot!" She rolled her eyes at my excuse and walked away. "Yeah, yeah, yeah." I just smiled as I watched her rapidly wagging tail disappear from behind the door.

Maybe things will go back to normal quicker than I thought they would. With a smile I pressed my Fazwatch to call down Foxy before grabbing another cookie to give away. "All thanks to the power of cookies," I giggled to myself as I popped one in my mouth.

Depending on whether or not Foxy was gonna run down to Parts and Service, it might be a while before he gets here. "I wonder if he's still gonna be all quiet and awkward...," I mumbled to myself as I readied the machine.

The doors slammed open which made me jump, I turned around to the sound and immediately got hugged. You know how it feels to slam into a wall at full speed? That's how it felt when Foxy hugged me. "Missed me, captain?" I chuckled as I hugged him back. "Shut up an' just enjoy the hug. Yer not gonna get another one like this anytime soon!"

"Here, take this cookie while I polish you up," I handed him the sweet treat as I started to clean him. "Why'd you bake us cookies when we were the ones who..." I cut him off before he could finish that sentence "My mom baked them, technically they're supposed to just be mine. But I like y'all so I decided to share!"

"Guessin' that Freddy's gonna get the rest of the cookies then?" I looked up at him with an unamused face "Going right back to teasing, huh?" He just shrugged, "It's in me nature." I rolled my eyes in response and continued my cleaning. "Your nature is to tell pirate stories and sing sea shanties."

"That's cold Y/N! How could you? After we just made amends," he said with dramatic arm movements. I snickered at his goofiness "Quit moving so much, I'm working here!"

Two animatronics left to get examined and cleaned, and of course it's the ones who gave me injuries. I called Monty down first, honestly, between the two of them, he's the one I feel less tense around. Provably because I didn't have to look him in the eyes as that glitch tried to lure me in by controlling him.

The sound of Monty clearing his throat pulled me out of my thoughts. I looked up to see him standing by his door, glasses lowered and avoiding eye-contact. "Hey buddy," I said with a small smile. He gave a single nod before approaching wordlessly, I held up a cookie for him to take once he got close enough "Cookie?"

He paused and gave me a strange look before taking it from my hand, then he popped it in his mouth and entered the safety cylinder. Of course this was gonna be much harder than the rest of them, I sighed to myself before running the diagnostics. "Hey, big guy," I spoke to him from outside the cylinder "I know you didn't mean to hurt me, so please don't beat yourself up over this." No response came from him, so I continued, "I'd hate to lose a great friend like you over something that isn't even your fault."

And so the rest of the examination was spent in silence, I'd said all I wanted to and Monty didn't wanna speak, and that's fine by me. He could talk to me when he was ready. I was still gonna polish him up like the others of course, so that was also pretty much silent, except for when I asked him to move certain parts for me to clean him properly.

"Y/N?" I looked up at him with wide eyes from hearing him finally speak. "Yeah?"  "...I'm sorry" A small smile came to my face and I continued to clean him "I forgive you buddy." There was a nice, quiet moment between us. Which I decided to break by saying, "Plus, once they scar we'll have matching spots!" He groaned, which made me laugh. "You fuckin'...," I heard him grumble but the rest I didn't understand. "Hah! But it got you to loosen up!"

Last but certainly not least was Freddy, the only that I talked to while they were under Glitchtrap's control. I checked the tupperware while Freddy made his way down to Parts and Service, there were still some left so that's good. "Phew, I was worried that not everyone would be able to eat them."

The door opened up at that moment, and Freddy walked through. His ears were turned downward and he had a sad look on his face. "Hey Freddy," I flashed him a smile. He looked at me briefly before looking away "Hello Y/N." Well, at least he's still talking to me. When he walked over I held out the container of cookies to him "Take one?" He looked at it for a couple seconds before getting one "Thank you..."

I sighed and put the tupperware away before preparing the machine for Freddy, idly humming the Pizzaplex theme as I did so. In the corner of my eye, I saw him munching on the cookie. A smile came to my face after seeing his little ear wiggles again. "Oh, by the way. I wanna clean you up a bit afterwards, is that okay?" I said as he stepped into the safety cylinder. "A-are you sure that you want to do that? We would be in close proximity to each other the whole time..." I gave him a reassuring smile "I'm not scared of getting close to you if that's your worry. But, if you don't want to then I won't." "I... am okay with it."
