I told Freddy about how Alex has been asking to go to the Pizzapex, and how she's been pulling me along all day to watch Roxy and play with Sun. "They're actually-" I interrupted myself to let out a yawn before continuing, "...Playing in the ballpit right now." There was a short time before I got reply, Freddy was still in the middle of meeting guests who bought Photo Passes after all. 'It sounds like you're still tired.' I chuckled to ease his worry, "Well, working all day for six days a week will do that to a person."

There was another pause before he replied, 'Do you still need to rest more?' I looked at the message curiously before answering "I mean yeah, but I can just sleep when Alex and I get home." One more pause, longer than the other two before it. 'After I am done meeting with guests, you could rest in my room.' "Oh, you don't have to do that Freddy," I said, surprised and touched by his offer. 'If you don't get some proper rest, you might end up falling asleep in random places. Which would not be good for your body.' He was starting to ramble, that's when you know he's genuinely concerned. 'I'm sure the daycare attendant and Alex will not mind if you take a short nap.'

With a sigh, I pushed myself off the wall I was leaning against "You make a convincing argument, Fazbear. Fine, I'll tell Sun and Alex that I'll be going somewhere." I looked through the chain link fencing of the daycare play area in search of those two, when I heard my name get called in the distance. I looked up to see Alex waving to me through those circle windows on one of the play structures, I waved back at her then continued looking for Sun. "Hello, friend!" I jumped from his voice suddenly coming from the right of me "Jeez!" I turned to look at him and saw the rope connected to the ceiling was hooked on, he must have been flying and I didn't notice.

"Anyways, I was looking for you to say that I'm gonna be back later. I gotta..." Take a nap in Freddy's room 'cause he asked? Yeah, that sounds super important enough to leave. "...do something for a bit." Lucky for me, Sun didn't bother to ask more about what I was leaving for. "Sure, sure! I can handle watching Alex while you're away." I smiled and said a quick 'thank you' before making my way out of the daycare.

When I got to Rockstar Row, there was still a bunch of lines to meet the animatronics, plus the line to buy Photo Passes before those. It would take a while until I could get in, unless of course I had some kind of badge that lets me go anywhere in the mall. With a small smirk, I pulled my badge out and walked past customers waiting in line and coworkers that didn't really bother knowing my schedule.

I made my way to the end of the hallway, wanting to see the others before going to Freddy's green room. At the very end was Chica's room, despite the distance from the convenience counter, there was still a big line to meet her. Next was Monty's room, which is usually destroyed for obvious reasons, but when he does want to meet guests, he hangs around outside of the room. Then next to his was Bonnie's room and then Roxy's, and finally, Freddy's. All of the band members were busy meeting guests, which meant they were too busy to notice me walking down the long hallway.

When I reached Freddy's end of Rockstar Row, I heard some commotion ahead of me. Some mom was yelling at the person behind the convenience counter, I rolled my eyes and approached the chaos. "I'm sorry ma'am, but the time to meet the band is over now," said the poor soul behind the counter. "My son has been waiting for hours to see Freddy!" I looked over to her son clinging to her leg, he just looked embarrassed. Your kid is more self-aware than you lady, aren't you embarrassed? I glanced at the empty queue to Freddy's room then back at the mother still yelling, with a sigh, I decided to help the poor worker.

"You heard him miss, maybe you can come back and try again." She turned to me with a glare "This doesn't concern you, don't you know it's rude to listen in on a conversation you're not a part of?" I have a zero tolerance for people like her, so I hissed, "Don't you know that it's rude to treat people like shit when they're just doing their jobs?" It made her more upset but I couldn't care less. "You can't talk to me like that," she screeched. Her son pulled on her leg, quietly begging her, "Mom, let's just go."

I felt bad for the little guy, blowing up on his already volatile mom was a bad idea on my part. So I crouched down to his level and gave him a sympathetic smile "Sorry you guys couldn't make it in time, a lot people want to see the band so they usually rush here as soon as the show finishes," I explained to the little kid. "Do not talk to my son," the lady yelled as she yanked the boy away by his arm. I was about to say something snarky, when the familiar sound of metal footsteps approached.

"Y/N? What are you doing down there?" I picked up on Freddy's exaggerated tone and played along, I stood up and motioned to the boy "Well, this little guy wanted to meet you but couldn't make it on time." Freddy came over to kneel down in front of the kid "That's too bad... How about I make it up to you with this?" He held out a little Freddy plush to the boy, who immediately hugged it close to his chest "Thank you Freddy!"

The lady suddenly demanded, "And a photo too." Ruining the cute moment between Freddy and the boy. I glared at her and spoke without thinking, "Your son's already happy, stop making things about you and go." Freddy put his hands around my shoulders and led me away from her, I was still pissed but thankful that he dragged me away from the situation.

"We can't keep meeting like this," he chuckled once we were out of earshot. "You mean pulling each other out of situations that make us mad?" "I meant me saving you from terrible customers, but sure, if that's how you see it."
