I heard metal footsteps approaching then suddenly felt myself get pulled up, into a tight hug. I sat confused and surprised, not at all expecting this from Foxy. He pulled way and I was even more surprised by his dilated eyes as he smiled widely "YER IN LOVE!" I confusedly responded with, "You're not rubbing it in?"

"Now's not the time to be right, I can gloat later. This is much more important!" I chuckled at his priorities and hugged him back. Foxy pulled away again and looked down at me expectantly "So, what happened yesterday? What 'moment' did you two have?" he asked. I blushed and averted my eyes "He let me take a nap on his couch, before that though he took my phone away and held it above his head. So I tried to get it back by hanging onto his neck aaand yeah..."

Foxy had his mouth agape "I gave him that idea! Askin' you to sleep in his room? I made fun of him by sayin' that," he laughed. I was a little confused on how to respond so I said, "Thanks, I guess?"

It was the next day, and I was basically running on autopilot until I got to the Mega Pizzaplex. I clocked in and made my way down to Parts and Service, thinking about what Foxy said last night. Am I in love with Freddy? I mean he's sweet, caring, great with kids, he was literally built to be the perfect guy. But that's all pre-programmed stuff... Bonnie's the same, except he's more sassy and a jokester, I certainly don't feel the same way about him. Everyone's got their little quirks that make them more than just their code, what's Freddy's? I hummed out loud, trying to answer my own question. He can be silly sometimes, definitely protective, and he acts all innocent but I have hunch that he's knows more than he lets on.

"Y/N!" Foxy shouted as he burst through the door of Parts and Service. I jumped in surprise and turned to glare at him. Clutching my chest, I yelled, "Is everybody just trying to give me a heart attack now?!"

He raised his hands as if to say 'calm down' as he walked over to me "Damn... What's up your ass this morning?" I narrowed my eyes at him before sighing, "Sorry... I think I'm just tired or something." I rubbed my eyes in an attempt to calm myself before setting up the machine for Foxy. "All that stuff you said about me being in love is really making my head spin," I said. "What's there ta think about? You like Freddy, he likes you. Make a move already!"

I rolled my eyes at the fox "It's not that easy," I said while motioning for him to get in the safety cylinder "What if he's just overly nice and doesn't realize it?" The door closed behind him as he replied, "That's the dumbest excuse I've ever heard."

"Oh, shut up. Plus, what do you know about asking someone out?" I leaned against the glass windows of the safety cylinder, watching as the machine did its job. "I've done it plenty of times before!" Foxy said proudly "Correction, you've flirted plenty of times before," I replied.

I saw Foxy roll his eyes before saying, "Same thing." I chuckled, "Asking someone on a date and then going on one is not the same as flirting and then asking to meet at the same bar you work at." If he was allowed to move, he would have shook his head. Instead he let out a loud groan, "Fine! I'll prove that I know what I'm doin' and help ya woo the big, brown, landlubber."

I laughed, "How does that-" "I'M DOING IT!"

So that brings us to now, Freddy was already inside the safety cylinder while I was mentally debating on following Foxy's advice. "Y/N?" I turned to the bear "Yeah?" He had a concerned look on his face "I was just wondering if you are alright? You've been looking a bit preoccupied since yesterday." I smiled, "Sorry... Yeah, I'm okay. Just thinking about something."

Freddy seemed satisfied with my answer, he didn't ask anymore about it and smiled at me. Oddly enough, I felt less nervous and decided to do what Foxy said. "Hey Freddy, I got a question," I started. He made a noise telling me to continue "Do you have built-in heaters or are you just naturally hot?" There was a pause before Freddy replied, "P-pardon?" I panicked and blurted out, "Well being made of metal, I expect you to be cold, but you're always warm so I was just curious!"

AAAHHH! Why did I follow Foxy's advice? Oh my god, that was so lame!

"O-oh! Of course, that's what you meant...," he mumbled. Before I could ask about that, Freddy continued, "We actually do, I believe it is so we could feel more real to customers. The reason we don't overheat though, is because we usually can control it." Now, I was genuinely curious "What do you mean by 'usually'?"

"When we experience strong emotions, we unintentionally heat up. For example, if you listen closely when Montgomery throws a fit, you can hear his internal fans." I thought back to any time when I heard the animatronics' fans running heavily, snapping my fingers when I remembered "Like that time Roxy asked you about that customer you had a crush on!" Freddy groaned at the memory. "So it's like the animatronic version of blushing?"

"I guess so," he replied. Oh right, he wouldn't exactly know what blushing feels like. "That's so cute," I giggled.
