Patrick is walking through his childhood in yet another flashback. After going past his old broken swing set he saw himself watching himself in his flashback. After the young boldt went on the see-saw a crater appeared under him. Patrick, seeing this, got scared, and dreamt up a wormhole. He, however, decided that he had to save his past selves in his dream. His past self then started to count the amount of himselves that there was in this time. He counted "o-o-o-on-one, t-t-t-tw-t-tw."
Patrick then in his flashback collapsed to the ground. It is then that he realized that he had cancer all along.
