Author's note: Hey guys, sorry for the short break in chapters. I decided to make a last minute decision and hitchhike to Canada since it might be faster than taking a plane, and also it's some pretty good exercise for these old bones of mine. The wind is cool and icy in my hair, and the rocky surfaces extend far beyond the eye can see. I can tell that I'm close now. In a few week's time, I will have finally met the man of my dreams.
