Charmy Bee was flying through the forest of Green Hill Zone, happy after hanging out with his best friend, Sonic the Hedgehog, when suddenly he stopped and saw a portal. Curious, he went to see what was on the other side when all of a sudden, the entire world went dark. When he woke, he saw a giant piece of flesh. It was a tumor. Scared, Charmy quickly stabbed it in self defense. The tumor exploded and sprayed him with fatal acid, killing him instantly.

Patrick woke up from the ground and examined his surroundings. It appeared that there was a staircase in front of him. He then remembered that he had been counting the stairs in the flashforward to his flashback to his flashforward. Kevin then looked at himself in a mirror and fainted. It was true. He had cancer.
