Sever years later
Smack! Smack! Smack!
The continuous sound of fists connecting flesh echoed in the basement as Jungkook and Atlas continued to spar in the boxing ring. Both of their fists were covered in bloodied bandages as each of them continued to deliver brutal punches at one another not caring about the fact that they were both bloodied and sweaty. The high that they got from the activity was too addictive for either of them to give up.
Atlas threw another punch and Jungkook dodged wrapping himself around the other man before pulling him to the ground. Celine walked in right at that moment and stood quietly as she watched the boys end their match, she knew better than to interrupt. As Jungkook choked Atlas from behind the other man tried to break out of his grip but couldn't and ended up tapping before Jungkook let go of him only then did Celine approach and draw their attention to her.
"Don?" She called out and Jungkook turned both he and Atlas breathing heavily. "We're ready." Celine announced and Jungkook released a very deep breath before he gave a single nod and walked out of the ring leaving the two to follow behind him.
Seven whole years had gone by since the murder of his family, seven years since he became the Don of the Chicago mafia and for seven years Jungkook had been planning his revenge against the murderer of his family, Ezekiel Herondale. Today, for the very first time in seven years he would be making his first move against his uncle.
After taking a shower Jungkook got dressed in black jeans, regular combat boots, black t-shirt with a black leather jacket. With that, he equipped himself with his guns and blades before leaving his room and went downstairs where Atlas, Celine, and Thomas were waiting for him.
"Is everyone here?" Jungkook asked as he stood in front of his three closest friends who were dressed in similar attire as he was.
"Yes Don, we're all just waiting on your order." Atlas, Jungkook's right hand and best friend answered. Esther too was in the room and she watched all four of them with worry-filled eyes. All these years she had watched Jungkook grow into a different person, a man filled with anger and a thirst for blood and revenge. Today he would be reaping all of this past year's hard work and Esther couldn't help but feel worried.
"Let's go then." Jungkook ordered and they all marched out of the room, from the back Esther made the sign of the cross as she watched them leave. May God be with them.
The car ride was filled with silence and the occasional shuffle of feet as they all continuously checked their weapons repeatedly. Nothing could go wrong in today's plan and most importantly no one could know that Jungkook and his men were the masterminds behind the takedown of one of Ezekiel's drug manufacturing labs.
Upon arrival, all the vans were packed a good distance away from the warehouse before Jungkook and his men walked the remaining distance to the lab. From afar they crouched in the bushes and observed their surroundings.
"There's seven men guarding the outside and a lot more on the inside including the workers." Thomas quietly informed Jungkook next to him. "What do you want us to do, do you still want to get rid of it all?" Thomas asked and Jungkook was quiet for a moment before he responded.
"Kill them all and then burn the place to the ground." Jungkook ordered and his men nodded in understanding before they put their hoods over their faces to conceal their identity and then quietly attacked the unsuspecting building.
They had the element of surprise which means it was easy to get rid of the men guarding from the outside but once bullets started flying there was chaos everywhere. Guards with guns came running from every direction shooting at every and anything that moved and so Jungkook and his men answered in the same way.
