Taken from an asylum you've been a part of the Avengers since 2012. Under house arrest and jumping from mission to mission you were tired. After Natasha broke you and the rest of team Cap out you were assigned to a mission in Wakanda...
"What you did was incredibly irresponsible!" T'Challa yelled. You felt tears form in your eyes but you held them back. You held back your sadness and younger anger because you didn't want to kill. Instead you looked to Bucky. He could see the sadness in your blank expression.
"T'Challa, please. She was a threat, isn't that what we do, remove threats?" Bucky came to your defense. T'Challa opened his mouth to yell again but Shuri stopped him.
"Leave." You ordered. He was taken aback. But Bucky sided with you. He would do anything for you.
"Let's go, brother." Shuri agreed that he should be removed for a little while. As soon as the door shut behind them you began to cry. Bucky held you but you continued to cry. You were angry at yourself for killing your best-friend and not listening to Bucky. You apologized profusely and he forgave you each time. He understood and all he could do was comfort you.

Steve steered the jet as him and Natasha hid in plain sight. Almost a year now that they've been doing this. He was used to the view, the reflection of the vessel on the beautiful lakes they passed over.
His phone rang and he looked to Nat nervously. They hadn't recieved phone calls in years. It was too risky. Natasha pulled the glove compartment open and grabbed the device which was face down. She flipped it over and read the caller ID. She read it over and over again, unable to believe the name. Steve looked over, wondering what was taking her so long. His heart dropped when he saw the name.
Tony Stark.
He gulped and nodded for her to accept the call. She pressed the green button.
"Hello? Steve can you hear me?" Bruce's voice spoke through the phone. Nat was shoked and Steve was relieved.
"Banner?" Steve asked.
"Oh thank God, I was worried you weren't going to answer. So much has happened!" Bruce rambled.
"Bruce?" Nat cut him off.
"Nat? Oh my God, how have you been?" Bruce's excitment was hard to contain.
"Bruce, why did you call? We're supposed be in hiding." Natasha ignored his question.
"Right, I'm sorry. Earth is in danger..well the whole universe." Bruce explained. Natasha and Steve made eye contact.
"Let's round them up," Natasha suggested. Steve agreed and set coordinates for Edinburgh.

Raini bleated and chomped on the cloth which wrapped his arm or lack thereof. Through the window, you saw T'Challa and Okoye approaching with a black and silver case. You were curious and joined Bucky and the goats. He threw and old sack of hay with his one arm as the king got closer.
They placed down the case for Bucky, opened it and backed up. He approached it as they watched nervously. In the case was a black and gold arm made of vibranium, it was diffent model than the one they let him use before.
"Where's the fight?" Bucky asked looking down at the arm, a sad expression on his face.
"On it's way." T'Challa replied. Him and Okoye left after Bucky thanked them for the arm. He asked for you assitance. You pushed the arm into the socket and made sure it was secure. Shuri had only given you a tutorial on this once and you struggled to remember but you got it in. He flexed the new arm, allowing it to adjust to his body.
"How do I look?" He asked you, he was so happy. He finally had his missing piece.
"You look very handsome," you told him, he smiled down at you, "for an old man." You added. His face fell and he punch you lightly in the arm. You grabbed his arm and he spun you around, pulling you back to him. Your back was on his chest and you both swayed in sync.
"I'm not ready for a fight this big," he admitted.
"Neither am I," you responded and leaned your head back onto him.
"I'll protect you if you don't want to fight." Bucky offered.
"I think it's my job to protect you," you chuckled.
"Of course, my apologies." He laughed.
"The Avengers will be here soon," you reminded him.
"I know, I just want to hold you for a little while longer," he spoke quietly but you could hear the fear in his voice. He was scared to fight, he couldn't stand the thought of another war or being used in combat. But he was in control now and you were there to make sure of it.
