The clouded red sky had been the only color above many of the citizen's heads. Only the sounds of screams had been heard throughout the streets, both from the living, and the dying. Many of the people had been cornered as several Mages from the castle themselves did whatever they could to protect those that couldn't fight back.

A single man stood above the chaos as he could only laugh at how many of the men and women ran for their lives while the corpses practically helped themselves to a feast. This man in particular, appeared to be in his early twenties with Long Light purple hair and had a skinny build. He was wearing dark purple pants along with an eyepatch as he gave out a maniacal laugh.

"Destroy!" He shouted, "Destroy, destroy, destroy, destroy, destroy, destroy! Destroy all the fools who can't understand my worth!"

He soon noticed down below a couple of mages had been fighting against the corpses, though he could see from where he stood, they didn't have any effect--Even after their limbs were torn off, or their chests had been pierced.

He only laughed, "Like hell that's going to work!"

He soon jumped down from where he stood as he put his hand on the floor. An eerie black portal opened up beneath his feet as more of the same corpses as the Mages looked horrified.

"W-What the hell are these things?!" The Mage exclaimed.

"You're worst nightmare--" Rades said before he shouted, "Die! Die! DIE YOU SCUM!!"

The corpses charged at the Mages with an aggressive speed; but in the, despite their attacks, they ended up getting trampled, and ultimately eaten by them.

The man laughed louder at this, "You're stronger than me, right?! Right!? GET OUT HERE--MAGIC KNIGHTS!!!"

The man continued to laugh as the chaos and destruction continued; though he seemed to have stopped when a certain set of corpses approached him, as he seemed to have remembered something.

"Right--Gotta take care of that first." He said before he turned to them, "So--Did you find the Familiars and the Princess?"

The corpse groaned in response and appeared to make gestures as he understood.

"What?!" He said shocked, "The Captains are their bodyguards?!" He let out a shout as he punched the closest corpse within range, "DAMN IT! THAT'S JUST MAKING THIS HARDER!"

He clicked his tongue as he noticed the corpse making more gestures. "They're in the sewers, going towards the castle?" He said before his smile returned, "Well then--Two can play at this little game."

He soon opened his grimoire before it glowed.

    "Soul Corpse Magic--No. 3 David!"

He thrusted his hand to the ground as an odd looking corpse emerged from the black void. The corpse had been a fat figure; it was completely covered in a patchwork of baggy clothes. The hood over its head has three eye-shaped brooches, and a leather strap passes over its left shoulder and connects to one that wraps around its waist. Its hands are bound in dark bandages and its feet are replaced by peg legs.

It let out a groan as it looked towards the man.

"David--" The man said as his smile stayed, "--Cut off their route to the castle. Bring me the Princess and her Familiars alive. As for the rest--If they get in your way." He chuckled, "Kill them all."

-Nearby; Magic Parliament Cell Building-

Many of the mages that were stationed within the building had gone to assist in helping as many people as they could as they had been stalling till the Magic Knights that had been available showed up to help. However, neither of them couldn't prepare for what had happened within the cells, as one prisoner in particular took advantage of the chaos.
