'This is it', Deigh thought as she stepped down on her carriage. 'The first step to a normal life.'

The day she received an invitation for the tea party, she thought on what she had to do.

The idea came to her at a slow speed as she had to spend a lot of time thinking for a strategy, luckily, the Duke Regal called her for dinner.

During the dinner, she was still preoccupied of that matter that the Duke had to call for her attention. Looking at the Duke an idea struck her, in order for her to do what she wants she has to impress the Duke, that is why the tea party is a very important event because it is where she had to execute her plan, changing her character.

Luxiana was always the subject of the ladies dark eyes.

She was tag as the errand girl of the flower of events, Lady Caliah Effleim, the Duke Effleim's proud daughter. She was outcasted and would be always in the background avoiding such occurence to happen but everytime she tries to lay low some lackeys of Lady Caliah would go her way and confront her.

They would not attack her physically but when she tries to back down and refuse she would get a few scratches thus she tries to defend herself but at the end of the day, she is always seen  as the assailant, the bad guy. She could not prove herself because everyone in the event sides with the wrong one and if not they would be too scared to confront the queen while others just don't care, leaving her to be blamed and perceive as the villain. That's why she was often told off by her father as he says she was causing a scene again and never learns, yet, in reality she was the victim. She was scared of her father, she would always tremble in front of him, Duke Regal doesn't know why because not once did he even think of hitting his daughter.

But today is different, she would never bow to anyone in this party. She was dead set on that she will make her dream come true.

She was escorted by a servant towards the meeting place.

The tea party was held at the Viscount Northon's garden. It was held by his first daughter Mariah, a lady who was known as the most loyal follower of Lady Caliah, she was not seen as pretty as the other ladies that is ehy she made it her hobby to pick on Luxiana who she thinks was much uglier than her because she felt her confidence rising as she do so.

In fact, Luxiana was prettier than her, the girl only thinks that she shouldn't waste much effort in beautifying herself because it would only result to nothing. Her confidence was pulling her down which gave Mariah the chance to further talk down to her.

Deigh sighed, 'They had made her suffer so much to that point that she, herself, is downgrading herself. Maybe that's the reason that she kept on staying with Siren, she was blinded by the light that she thought has shined on her. '

'Focus.'

Deigh shakes her head and kept on walking. When she arrived at the place, she thanked the servant and goes to find a seat. When she settled, she could feel those heavy stares on her and the loud snickers but she just rolled her eyes.

'That was the last time, you'll be able to act like that with me' she thought.
