Violet's POV

I'm currently have brunch with my parents and my dad is still as over protective as usual....

"So who's this Drex character that's on the cover of people magazine with you?" He asks

I chuckle "dad please stop, he is officially my boyfriend"

He gives me a look" Are you sure about this? Remember what happened with that douchebag I'd like to shoot"

"Dad, it's not like I'm marrying him and trust me it took weeks before he even asked me because I told him what happened and he also seen the news article" I say

"Alright.."

I chuckle then take some pictures with them with the caption "Brunch with my beautiful momma and my amazing father 🤍 I love you guys so much"

Drex likes it immediately and comments "glad to see you so happy beautiful 🤍🤍"

I smile and like his comment then finish brunch with my parents before heading back home.

*at home*

"Miss James?" Ella asks

"Yes ella?" I ask

"You have your spring shoot tommrow at 9am then you have a meeting with love glam to be in an ad for their new make up like called "Midnight" she says

"Alright let the team know so they can be ready for hair and make up what time would I need to be up for that?" I ask

"For hair 7:30AM and make up at 8:30AM" she says smiling

"Alright sounds good I'll grab some dinner then head to sleep" I say smiling

*Next day*

After I finish the shoot I head to my dressing room to change for love glam's ad campaign as I'm getting dressed I see a new YouTube video with my name in the title I sigh and see what they have to say.

"This just in super model Violet James's ex boyfriend has been charged with assault and battery. News broke of this a few weeks ago but nothing was confirmed.. rumor has Devin showed up at Violet's house and punched her in the nose. We haven't been able to ask Violet about this but we are sure she will talk at some point. I'm jessie Rhodes with holly scoop inc."

I shake my head and see another one and I click on it.

"This just in super model Violet James has been spotted with a new bo? We caught Miss James a few days ago with multi millionaire CEO Drex Gold. Wow this is huge.. are they dating? We haven't gotten any confirmation nor denials about the alleged Romance but once we do we will add more on this story. I'm Jessie Rhodes with holly scoop inc."

"Perks of being famous I guess" I say shrugging and finishing getting ready for the love glam ad campaign.

*Love Glam*

"Hello Violet, for this concept we wanted it to be a black and white commercial to match our perfume bottle which is purple and black. Also doing this not only do you get 500,000 thousands dollars but you get a free bottle of our "midnight" perfume" The director says

"Sounds great let's get this commerical started" I say smiling

Once the commercial is done the director claps "Fantastic Violet! People are going to love it"

"I'm glad and I'll even promote your perfume on my Instagram right now" I say smiling

"Oh that is fantastic thank you so much. I'll talk with Ella and your manager to get your money and free bottle" he says leaving

I smile and like his comment replying "Thanks babe!❤🥰🤩"

I chuckle "I guess that will be on the news/youtube tommrow if they find those comments"

"Probably" Ella says

"Well, so much for trying to keep it private" I say shrugging

"It's okay Violet you are doing a great job with keeping it on the down low. Paparazzi and reporters wanna get all juicy details on their favorite famous people I wouldn't take it too personally" Ella says

"I'm not I just hope Drex doesn't mind the limelight" I say sighing
