"That was probably the most anger I've seen from Gianna." Marina admitted after Edmund asked her a question. "The other time was when a boy from class made fun of my accent. Oh, was she angry."

Recalling that memory brought a smile to her face.

The group was almost to the table when a familiar voice appeared, causing the four to stop suddenly and freeze from shock. "What is it?" Marina whispered to Lucy.

Instead of her answering, they pulled out their weapons before proceeding with caution.

In the room they saw Caspian, his hand sliced open, two creatures along with Nikabrik, standing in front of an archway that had a thin layer of ice with the White Witch reaching out from the inside.

"Stop!" Peter shouted before they all ran forward and began to fight them.

One creature that seemed to be a wolf went straight for Marina, jumping off the table to be able and land on top of her. But she ran forward and slid on her knees to get a good distance away.

Meanwhile Susan fought the other creature as Lucy was with Trumpkin fighting Nikabrik. Peter pushed Caspian out of a circle in front of the archway and held a sword up to the Witch.

"Leave him alone!" He shouted at her

Edmund tried to attack the wolf next but was knocked off his feet by a simple leg sweep.

"Peter, dear. I've missed you." She reached her hand further "Come. Just one drop." She begged.

"Hey dog!" Marina taunted the wolf from a rock "Come get me!" And he did, charging and jumping once again but wasn't expecting for the young girl to jump off the rock and slicing into its stomach.

"You know you can't do this alone." The White Witch added.

"Edmund help Peter!" Marina told him. Seeing as he glanced at his brother and then her, she said "I can handle this. Don't worry."

Trusting her, he ran away to help and didn't see the wolf do a sneak attack and kick her back. It caused her to fall right on her stomach and scrap her elbow.

Susan won her fight by a simple arrow to the neck but was tired from the struggle. Trumpkin stabbed Nikabrik in the back when he held her own dagger at Lucy.

Sword still in hand, Marina rolled over and right at that moment, the wolf pounce on top of her. The sword stabbed through it's chest and died instantly.

Just of the tip of his sword stabbed through the ice that created a crack and instantly the ice broke into millions of peices.

Edmund lowered it down "I know. You had it sorted." He sheathed it back and walked away to check on Marina and Lucy.

A heavy sigh from the staircase alerted both Peter and Caspian turn around instantly, along with the others. Gianna had her index and thumb rubbing in unison of an upcoming headache from accruing.

"What happened this time?" She asked without even looking at them.

In a voice quieter than a hum "If we told you, you'd be angry again." Lucy spoke and everyone agreed.

She slowly nodded her head before finally opening her eyes which directly landed on Caspian's.

They had tears and guilt inside yet it didn't seem to effect Gianna much. "Pues okay." Was all she said before leaving. (Translation: "Well".")

"Are you okay?" Edmund asked Marina while helping clean the blood off her sword. Wiping some blood off her forehead "I'm good." Was all she replied continuing to clean herself.

The next morning, Gianna sat near the top of Aslans How and observe the surroundings. Mainly to calm down but also just get away from everyone.

"Do you mind if I sit here?" Someone asked from behind suddenly and it caused her to jump from fear.

She turned around and saw it was Caspian's teacher, Cornelius. "Oh my." The young woman had a hand over her heart "You scared me, sir." She admitted.

Remembering his question. "Go ahead." He chuckled a bit before sitting down besides her.

The first few minutes of waiting were quiet as they stared straight ahead. "What are you looking at?" She asked him with a calm voice, very different from yesterday. "The forest." Cornelius admitted.

"Why?" She questioned.

The man explained further "It cloaks many things. Especially the unknown, due to their multiple tall, full trees covering almost every inch. It's quite fascinating." He fixed his glasses before asking "And you, young one?"

She took a deep breath "The sky." "Why?" Feeling embarrassed about the answer, she said first "This is an amazing land but...Puerto Rico will always be more beautiful. Yours is covered in grass, forests, and magic. Mine is tropical with pineapple trees everywhere you can see, glorious mountains, and an ocean that surrounds us." She continued " But there's something we have in common."

"Is that right?"

"Yes." She stared at a cloud shaped into a perfect circle while saying "Even with all those differences, the skies are almost exactly the same." There was a long beat of silence before Cornelius asked

"What's a pineapple?" Gianna started to giggle to herself unexpectedly.

"Uh." They heard behind them.

Turning around, they saw Caspian nervously fiddling with the ends of his shirt. "Prince Caspian." She addressed him with a smile still on her face before beginning to stand up.

"No." The young man objected respectfully. "There's no need for you to leave. I'll leave. I never meant to interrupt your-" She stopped his rambling "No, it is all right, Caspian. I need to train with Marina and Edmund anyway." She turned around and waved goodbye to Cornelius. "Thank you for the talk."

Gianna turned back around and looked directly in his eyes "Goodbye." She walked past him and inside.

Not a second later she heard Cornelius tell Caspian "I like her." Which brought a larger smile to her face.
