Almost everyone in the country gathered at church to watch as history was being made. It been exactly a week after the fight ended and things were getting better for the Narnians.

There were two rows of 7 chairs in total. The back was closer against the wall that contained stain glass window.

Edmund, Peter, Susan, and Lucy sat in that row.

In the front was only three chairs and it is where Marina, Caspian, and Gianna stood in front of them.

Aslan stood to the side until it was time to begin the ceremony.

Giving a certain head signal towards Peter, Lucy, and Edmund, the three of them stood up.

The lion faced the large crowd before him and began to speak "I give you," Edmund picked up a gold floral tiara that rested on top of a blue velvet pillow while she took a step forward. "Princess Marina" She had to curtsey for him to properly place the tiara atop her head "the Fair."

She stood back up right and stared straight at Edmund who smiled proudly towards her. "Congratulations, Fair Princess." "Thank you, Just King."

Until she sat down in her chair Aslan continued "I give you, Princess Gianna the Gallant." Lucy anxiously walked up to Gianna and placed the crown carefully to not mess with her curls. "Thank you." Gianna whispered and got a "you're welcome" back.

As soon as Caspian was crowned king of the Telemarines and new ruler of the Narnian Empire, the whole crowd inside the large church cheered loudly for them. They were all so delighted to have new rulers for the country.

After leaving the church, parading through town, and a lovely large feast for the whole town, there was a firework show.

Gianna stepped away from the rest and stood by herself at the terrace of her new bedroom. She watched the night become bright with flashing colorful explosions.

A random memory of the time her and Luis did this exact same thing of distancing themselves from friends and family during a firework show. Everyone would usually talk or complain about something and everything and Gianna just wanted to enjoy the lights in scilence.

He was the reason why she was there... Without his brave sacrifice of facing their parents rage, she and Marina wouldn't be there.

They would have never met Lucy, Edmund, Peter, Susan, Trumpkin, Reepicheep, Trufflehunter, and most of all Aslan. And Caspian.

In a broken cracked voice she spoke "Gracias, Luis. Para todo." She thanked before wiping a small tear that rolled down from the corner of her eye.

A knock at her door took the young woman away from outside to inside.

"Gianna." A strained voice called for her on the other side of the door. "Please open up, it's me." Marina begged.

The very second her door opened, she wrapped Gianna in tight sisterly hug. The girls face buried deep in Gianna's chest. "What h-?" She was interrupted by Marina releasing a muffled yet sorrowful sob.

"I miss Luis." She cried using as much of her uneven voice as possible.

In very short abrupt breaths she continued "He-is-th-the-reason-" she took a deep breath "we're here. He-" "Shh." Gianna shushed her to calm down and breath.

Once again, thinking of how Luis sacrificed himself for them, in a quiet voice that in the end Marina didn't hear "You'll see him again. Don't worry..."
