Valentine's day is coming up, and you have noticed your girlfriend is quite busy lately.
Every time you try to talk to her she would tell she has a lot of baking to do. That didn't seem odd at first, she is the owner of a bakery after all.
'Probably so many orders being placed for the Valentine's day' you thought. Little did you know that she was preparing a surprise for you.
The day you have been waiting for has arrived. Mai said she wanted to tell you something.
"You know how I have been busy lately?" She said.You notice she wasn't as relaxed as she normally is.
"Yes..." You answered slowly.
"Well..." She begun "I was trying my best to make this special. Being our first Valentine's day as an official couple an all. So I made a special chocolate cake with chocolate I made myself."
The tone she was talking in... Was she scared that you would not like it?
She took out the box that contained the cake. It was the most beautiful cake you had ever seen. She sliced it up and gave you a slice.
"So... Is it good?" She asked.
You hesitated to answer. You see her tense more with each second of your silence.
"It's amazing. It's really sweet. Almost as sweet as you." You said with a wide smile on your face.
She blushed a little "Well, you should have just said so."
You smiled at her flustered form. "It's funny actually. To see the always flirty Mai Tsurugi get so flustered over a little compliment. You're cute when you blush." You said.
"Oh, shut up!" She playful hit your shoulder and kissed your cheek. "I would have made it as sweet as you, but that would be too much sugar for one person.
"That was more like Mai. Now you were the flustered one.
