Crisis

-⁛-

I'm going to change the school play movie to Beauty and the Beast. However, auditions are going to be postponed until a few chapters later because I have a lot of ideas to write before it all happens. If it doesn't work out in this story, I will write a sequel about it.

Percy POV

Monday's are the worst.

You have to wake up early and go to school.

Why is school even on Monday? It should start on Saturday and end on Sunday. Then we only have two days of school! I'm going to get my dad to sue the government or something. Maybe the school board.

Hmm. Smart idea, Percy.

Anyways, I was dreading going to school. The chemo effects had basically worn off by now, but I still felt so tired.

And my friends noticed it.

I fumbled through all my morning classes, not caring about it that much. Then came lunch.

And that's when the drama started.

"Percy! Is everything that they're saying about you true?" a girl asked me.

"Huh?" I replied, looking at Grover who looked as confused as I was.

"Percy! Is it true?"

"Percy, do you agree?"

"Percy! Do you deny it?"

"Percy! I totally believe it! Wanna go out with me?"

"Percyy, you're so cute! Go out with me!"

"Percy, kiss me!"

I exchanged confused glances with Grover as we walked into the cafeteria.

"Hey guys!" Grover said cheerfully.

"Hey!" Piper said enthusiastically.

"Is it true?" Annabeth suddenly asked.

"Is what true? Why does everyone keep asking me that?"

"Drew said that you're a player and that you only go out with girls because you like doing the... you know. And you keep them for about 3 weeks before you dump them. She says that you never love the girls and that you're only messing with them because you're so cool and popular," Annabeth explained.

"And now everyone wants to go out with you cause they want to be cool and popular too," Silena added.

Hurt flashed across my face as she mentioned the last part. It reminded me of Hannah. I recovered quickly.

"No, I'm not a player. And she cheated on me. Not the other way around," I said.

"Then why do you go out with so many girls?" Leo asked.
