Chapter 05: First Combat

Narrator's POV

Camila pulled Normani with her. They found a place by the alley where no one noticed their presence. Normani was worried about Lauren but she trusted Camila whom she thought might have a better plan.

"Mila, what's your plan?" Normani asked.

"We have to change. We can't fight them as humans." Camila reasoned.

"Are you sure?" Normani could fight, but it was not her number one option. She just wanted to get Lauren out of there. She also thought that they never showed in public as their mutant selves. It would be their first time.

"Yes." The blue light was starting to cover Camila's body. She was transforming into her mutant ninja self. Leonardo was ready to fight, "Come on, Mani! We don't have much time. Lauren is in danger." Camila urged Normani.

"Okay, Leo!" The purple light showed up, and Normani turned herself into Donatello. "Should we let Mikey now?"

"If you can do it in five seconds," Leo said.

"Got it!" She sent an urgent message to Dinah.

"Ready?" Leo asked Donnie.

"Yes. What's our plan?"

"We strike with minimum damage and get Lauren out of there," Leo told Donnie.

"Okay." They nodded and rushed to rescue Lauren, who was fighting against those people in black.

When they almost reached Lauren, they were shocked as Lauren got thrown on the ground and hit the car. She was bleeding and slowly losing her strength to fight back. She tried to get up, but she could not.

"Lauren!" Leo called Lauren as they reached Lauren.

"Hey..." Lauren was brutally bashed, but she still smiled and joked, "long time no see..."

"We got you, sis!" Donnie, who was ready to fight, told Lauren.

"Yeah..." Lauren wanted to change, but Leo stopped her.

"No, you can't!" Leo warned her.

"Argh, Why?" She disagreed.

"We can't reveal our identity. Stay here!" Leonardo warned her again, "Donnie, watch her!" Leo stood up, and she went to take care of the unknown enemies.

Donatello also fight against them but stayed close to Lauren. Lauren's leg was injured, she could not stand up, and she was bleeding. She could not help her sisters, which distressed her and made her furious. She was helplessly sitting there watching Leo and Donnie struggling to handle the enemies. Her phone went off. She took it out of her red jacket, "Fuck!" She cursed as her phone's screen was cracked.

Dinah: Lauser, are you still alive?

Lauren: (rolling her eyes) I am dying... where are you?

Dinah: I'll be right there (Dinah ended the call)

"Hi, buddies, I am late for fun!" Michelangelo showed up.

Leo, Donnie, and Mikey were facing back to back fighting the enemies surrounding them.

Leo looked up to the buildings. They were so many of them, too many.
