Chapter 13: It's The Time, (Yet)?

Narrator's POV

It was a Saturday evening in the city during the summer. People were enjoying their evening out. A group of fifty black ninjas showed up in one of the crowded shopping centers. They started randomly shooting cars and shops. People started to scream and run to save their lives even though they had not shot a single person yet.

"We want those mutants...come out you, cowards, otherwise we will keep on ruining your beloved city..." the leader of the black ninjas announced on the top of the lung.

Meanwhile, Yolanda and her children were not aware of it yet as they seldom watched the news, especially during the weekend when they just wanted to relax. They were in their rooms until Normani received a call from Kehlani. Normani ran out of the room and shouted

"Mama Yo, Girls!!!" She shouted, "Those black ninjas are in the city, and they called us out..." Normani ran to knock on Lauren and Dinah's room before she ran downstairs where Yolanda and Camila's rooms were.

They watched the live news in the living room on Yolanda and Camila's room floor.

"Mama Yo?" Camila said.

Yolanda took a deep breath, "are you girls ready?"

"Yes!!!!" They all said.

"Okay, It's time. Go and be careful!" Yolanda trusted them. It was the time. "Camila, remember what I away remind you!"

"Okay, Mama Yo!" Camila nodded, and they shifted as they went to their secret tunnel. Lauren took the wagon, and they left the underground secret headquarters.

Camila sat next to Lauren in the front seat. They talked for the first time after a week. It was their first mission, and they had to be professional and put aside their issue. It had been a week since coming back from the camping, Lauren barely talked to Camila unless it was inevitable, like they were talking in the group in front of Yolanda. The rest of the time, Lauren stayed away from Camila. Camila tried to call her, but Lauren ignored Camila. Lauren was still upset after a week passed.

Leo, Raphael, Donatello, and Michelangelo arrived at the half-ruined shopping center. They showed up and were ready to combat. The police force, the people, and the reporters were stunned, looking at them for the first time when they were not moving and standing brave and proud, challenging the ninjas.

"You finally showed up, ugly mutant turtles." The leader of the black ninjas said.

"Stop ruining our city!" Leo said.

The leader laughed loudly, "well, come and stop us." The leader gave his followers a sign to attack them. They jumped out of the cars and ran towards them

"COWABUNGA!!!!" Four of them growled and fought the black ninjas, who running toward them and attacking them.

Leo strongly kicked the ninja and sheathe one of the katanas into another ninja's body. Raphael skillfully spun his Tsai and punched the ninja and slid thru the ninja's throat and body as Raphael was continuously attacked by them. Donatello was showing all the skills trained, Donnie flew to the air as she attacked the ninjas by kicking their asses, hitting their sides, and stroking their faces with her bo staff, while Michelangelo was having fun with his nunchaku, striking every single ninja that tried to get him.

The police force was catching those ninjas who fell to the ground. The reporters did their best to record the mind-blowing moment they had never seen before: big mutant ninja turtles fought against a bunch of ninjas in black. Meanwhile, the citizen some stopped running to watch the fight while others were running away from the scene. The ninjas were defeated one by one in no time. The leader was watching them. He took out his special weapon and watched which mutant ninja turtles should be shot first. He aimed at Michelangelo, and Donatello saw it.
