Narrator's POV
Mr. Gosling was in the emergency room of their house, rescuing Camila. He was assisted by Normani. Yolanda was in the other room taking care of Lauren while Dinah was in the kitchen with the girl. She got stabbed, but it was not serious. She could manage herself. Dinah was watching the girl while thinking about what to make for supper. After an energy-draining fight, she and the rest needed food to recover as well.
"Are the doctor and your Mama also as magic as four of you?" The girl broke the silence.
Dinah, who was looking into the fridge, turned around, "I am not going to tell you." Dinah closed the fridge, "Probably, just order pizzas!" She talked to herself.
"Yes, pizza will be good. I'm hungry!" The girl said.
"Girl!! I'm not buying you any pizza." Dinah said.
"I'm not a bad guy." She said.
Dinah frowned, "who are you?"
"I'm Kehlani." She said.
"Why were you secretly recording us?" Dinah asked with her hands on the hips.
"I am a news reporter of Channel 6." She added.
"So, you're going to expose us?" Dinah said.
"Well, yeah... I am a reporter. It's not to expose, just to deliver the facts." Kehlani defended herself.
"Huh, I don't trust you." Dinah rolled her eyes.
Dinah took the girl's camera, "I'm going to delete everything."
"No...please!" She begged.
"Girl! You're a threat." Dinah said.
"No, I promise. I won't do it." She said.
"Do you think we are going to let you go with the video without deleting them?" Dinah laughed. "Girl... reporter should be smart!"
"I mean. Don't delete everything in the camera, just... your part." Kehlani explained. "I need other parts for my job."
Dinah looked at her, thinking.
"I will lose my job if I lose everything in that camera." She continued to explain.
"How did you find us?" Dinah asked further.
"My boss called me and asked me to cover the news. I was looking for the quickest way to get there, and I saw your two friends. The purple carried the girl on her shoulder. So... My reporter instinct told me to take my camera and record them."
"Hmm... so you saw everything?" Dinah asked.
"Yeah... I guess so..." Kehlani said.
"Someone is injured. You should have helped instead of recording it." Dinah said.
"I... you're right, sorry!"
"Bruh..." Dinah rolled her eyes.
"What are you guys?" Dinah gave the girl a death stare. "I mean, who are you, girls? I never saw..." she tried to find a more proper word to refer to them.
