Midoriya sat on his new, comfy bed.
He sighed. He shouldn't have agreed with his father. He would have been doing villain stuff right now if it weren't for his weird idea.
"You should take the day to familiarise yourself with the other members." His father had said.
What a brilliant plan, Midoriya thought, the words dripping with sarcasm. All the other members had locked themselves up in their rooms.
Begrudgingly, he got up from his bed. He looked around his new room with a faint sense of pride. He was actually able to fix the abandoned, run-down room into a nice bedroom.
He had a black and red themed gaming area in the corner of his room, along with a small bedside table and bookcase to the left of his bed. The bookcase had three shelves: the top one for his notebooks, the middle for hero records, and the bottom for villain records. He turned his head to the walls of the room.
The room's walls were covered in posters of all shapes and sizes. A few of them were hero photos with knifes and darts stuck into them (mostly All Might and Endeavour). The room also had small mainstay shelves that held hero figures. Among the seemingly innocent collection, All Might's and Endeavour's figures were headless.
Midoriya slumped back into the bed. He clicked a button and the LED lights he had attached to the ceiling turned a dark shade of red.
"I wonder what Kacchan is doing," he whispered to himself.
"Whose Kacchan?"
Midoriya shot up and looked at the doorframe. Toga peeked her head through the doorframe.
"Your room looks nice," She added.
"What does your room look like?" Midoriya questioned in an attempt to change the topic.
"It looks exactly like yours, but pink and with more stuffed animals." Toga replied. "So~ Who is this Kacchan?"
"A friend." Midoriya answered bluntly. "I left him on the last day of junior high, so I couldn't celebrate with him."
Toga gasped, "Wait! You became a villain on the last day of middle school?!"
"Um, yeah..?"
"On the last day of school I killed and confessed to one of my classmates!" Toga said with a smile.
"On the last day of school I killed myself and confessed to my best friend!" Midoriya responded excitedly.
"How much blood was there?" Midoriya and Toga asked at the same time.
They both grinned. "Lots!"
The two teenagers talked a bit more and realized they really did have more in common than they thought.
