Chongyun was conflicted. Him and Hu Tao had recently entered a relationship, and it was going well, but not with a few problems. Hu Tao has been stealing his popsicles non stop now. He didn't mind it at first, but she just wouldn't stop doing it. Sometimes he wouldn't have enough to last the day and had to ask Xiangling to make more for him. He's tried a lot of things to get her to stop, but to no avail. So, he decided to ask someone for help.

"I see. So you want her to stop stealing your popsicles but you don't want to hurt her feelings?" Xingqiu asked, once he finished explaining his situation.

"Yeah. I've tried a lot of things, but they never seemed to work." Chongyun said. Xingqiu was now deep in thought, and after a while, a playful grin appeared on his face.

"I've got it! I have the perfect plan to get her to stop!" Xingqiu said, lifting his arms up.

"Really? What is it?"

Xingqiu began explaining the plan, and it became as clear as day that he was messing with him. But Chongyun being too trusting to him, despite how embarrassing the plan was, decided to try it.

"Are you sure this will work?" Chongyun asks, still a little uncertain.

"It has a zero percent fail rate my friend. It's bound to work."

"If you say so..."

*Did you know I'm doing this to torture and bring pleasure to someone? No? Oh well Timeskip.*

Chongyun just came from picking up his Popsicles from Xiangling, and decided to eat one now. Now she's bound to show up, and sure enough, suddenly a figure jumped out of the corner and took the Popsicle from his hand.

"Hello Yunyun!"

"Hello Hu Tao." Chongyun said, slightly annoyed that his Popsicle got taken again. And yet she is just munching on his Popsicle, with no care in the world.

"Could you please stop stealing my Popsicles?" Chongyun said, having enough of her shenanigans.

"What if i don't?" Hu Tao said, slightly annoying him further.

He then remembered the plan Xingqiu told him. His face became slightly red, as the thought of doing his plan was very embarrassing, but just decided to do it.

"Then..."

He didn't know what came over him, but he forcefully circled his arms around her waist and rammed his lips onto hers. She couldn't process it at first, but once she did, her entire body heated up so much that the Popsicle started to melt. Yet she didn't move away, she instead kissed him back. This surprised him, but he didn't complain. This felt quite nice, he thought. They carried on for a while, before realising that the human body needs oxygen, and pulled away. They stared into each others eyes, before suddenly hearing laughter around them.

"Well done, Chongyun." Xingqiu said while clapping.

It turns out they had attracted quite the crowd. Nearly all of Liyue are now aware of their relationship. Realising this, they both overloaded and almost fainted. Chongyun, trying to save the little bit of pride he had, forcefully grabbed Hu Tao's hand and ran away.

They decided to hide inside the funeral parlor, and tried to calm down. Once they both calmed down, Chongyun spoke.

"Are you still going to steal my Popsicles now?"

Hu Tao started to think, and after a while, she spoke.

"Alright.... I won't steal your popsicles again..."

"Good, now that's-"

"If you give me kisses every day!"

Once she made that ultimatum, both of their faces became red as they remembered what happened before. But they both can't lie, they really enjoy it.

"That seems like a good deal."

"Yay! Also, can i get another one...?" Hu Tao said, walking closer to him, her face becoming a more darker shade of red. Chongyun was no different, as he also walked closer to her, and circled his hands around her waist.

"I don't see why not."


He should thank Xingqiu later when he should, since he got a bit more than he bargained for.
