CAIAH's POV
In life, you have to work hard in order to achieve something. You must longer your patience and wait for a perfect timing. There will be struggles and obstacles along the way but process is the most memorable and important thing in achieving something that you want. 'Coz it will leave you lessons that can change your wrong visions in life. And the end will justify your beginning and struggles
I look at the list once more and made sure that I didn't forget even one from it. Napapilig ang ulo ko nang mabasa ang 'okra' sa listahan. Why would I buy the vegetable that I dislike? It's against my values in life
I'm currently here in a grocery store near my house to do the grocery, obviously. Kahit na alam ko naman na mabubulok lang sa refrigerator ang mga ito dahil hindi naman ako marunong magluto. Well, it's one of my 'to-do' duties when Lei is not here
Naalala ko naman ang offer ni Excekiel Sanders sa akin. Napailing na lamang ako. Bakit ba biglang pumasok sa isip ko ang babaerong drummer na yon? Tss
I walk towards the vegetable section when I suddenly bump into something, or someone?
"I'm sorry, miss" he apologize and I just nodded. It was actually my fault but I don't talk to strangers so I just remain silent
I look at him and the man he's with. They both look familiar to me. I think I already saw them somewhere. The one that I bump with wears a serious face while the other one is smiling from ear to ear
"You're the girl with Zach that night, right?" Tanong nung lalaking nakangiti. From what I remember, his name is Reagan while the other is Calvin
That's when I remember that they're both members of The Sinister. I just nodded at him as a response which made his smile wider
"Let me help you with this" he suddenly grab the cart that I was holding which made my forehead creased
"Where are you heading to?"
"Vegetable Section" nagtatakang sagot ko
He suddenly put his hand on my back and push me to lead the way while he's the one who's pushing the cart. I even heard the other man sigh heavily like he doesn't have a choice but to follow us
Kahit nagtataka ay naglakad na lamang ako papunta sa vegetable section at kinuha ang mga nakalista sa listahan ko ngunit hindi ko na isinama ang okra
Napalingon ako kay Reagan nang tumunog ang telepono niya. Napansin ko pang bigla na lamanh siyang napangisi nang makita ang pangalan ng tumatawag
He answer it and put it in a loud speaker whuch made me frown. I'm now aware that I'm not the only person who's weird in this town
"Where the h*ll are the both of you now?" Rinig kong inis na tanong ng pamilyar na boses sa kabilang linya
"Guess who's with us now" imbes ay tugon naman ni Reagan na may bahid ng ngisi ang mga labi
"I don't f*cking care, assh*le! Just get your as*ses back here now. We still need to practice!" Inis na sagot naman mula sa kabilang linya na nagpatawa nang malakas kay Reagan. Napailing na lamang ang kasama niyang lalaki habang ako ay nagsalubong ang kilay. Curses and curses

"What's your name again, miss?" Baling naman sa akin ni Reagan
"Caiah" tugon ko na lamang at akmang kukunin na sa pagkakahawak niya ang cart ngunit napatigil dahil sa pagsigaw mula sa telepono niya

Narinig ko pa ang ilang kalabog at tunog ng tila susi. Tumatawang sinagot naman ito ni Reagan at agad na ibinaba ang tawag
