When I Find You

Chapter 14

Ian's plan was in motion. Jeremy had no idea what was coming for him.

(Flashback to when the guys explain the plan. This is the day before she goes to sign the papers.)

"Ok so here's the plan. We've made a few adjustments due to the situation. But trust me, it'll work." Mathew started explaining the plan. "You're going to pretend as if your complying with his demands. You will go into the house and you're going to switch the documents. You will have to briefly face your back towards the camera and quickly switch the documents. Then your going to turn back around facing the camera and sign the document." Ian slammed a paper on the table.

"I'm guessing this is the new document?" I asked and he nodded. "What's this document say?" I asked.
"We asked Jeremy's lawyer for a copy of the contract that Jeremy made. His lawyer is on our side. His contract originally states that you no longer want the company and it will automatically be transferred to Jeremy's name. Our new contract is worded somewhat the same, to make it look like the old one. Our contract states that the company will never go to his name. If anything were to happen to you. It would go to your mother." Ian's plan seemed ok, but it wasn't as impressive as I thought it would be.

"Oh alright. But what if something happens to my mom?" I said.
"Well it's up to you. You can decide." Ian said.
"This plan seems a little to boring guys." I said.
"Well this is only the beginning. Obviously when Jeremy finds out. He will retaliate." Mathew said.
"I guess. But he said if we play tricks, then I'll never see my father. Imagine the horrible things that he'll do to my father." The video of my father suddenly popped into my head. I quickly shook the image from my head.
"We're going to find him. I promise." Ian reassured. "Before he gets to do anything to your father."
I nodded. I went into the room and sat up on the bed. It was pretty late and I was just thinking about the consequences. This plan would work perfectly if I just knew where my father was. I thought back to CD of my father.
All I could hear was his sobbing, Jeremy's laughter, loud train tracks rumbling and the sound of my father's bones crushing against the iron rod. WAIT......... The train tracks. I rummaged through the draw and looked for the CD. I found it and popped it into the DVD player.

I watched the tapes and listed to the trains. I focused on the sounds. Ian walked into the room and looked at me and the TV back and forth.
"What are you doing?" He asked.
"The trains." I said slowly.
"Honey are you ok?" He asked worried.
"HES UNDER A TRAIN STATION!" I shouted. "Or under train tracks. He's underground." I rambled. "I-I think I know where he is" I stammered.

"You do?! Where!?" Ian screamed.

Mathew and Evan had made their presence in the room probably because of all the screaming. I ran to the computer and began typing Into the Google search bar.

"Track 61" I said quietly.
"What?" Ian said confused. Mathew and Evan looked at each other, then back at me.
"Track 61! He's at track 61" I hugged Ian and the boys and grabbed the keys to Ian's car.
"Come on guys!" I rushed out the house and jumped into the car. The guys quickly followed behind and filed into the car.

"Ok slow down sweetheart. " Ian put his hand on my thigh, indicating that I should calm down.
"Ok can someone please explain what's going on?" Mathew shouted.
"Wow for the first time,I know something and you guys don't" I laughed. "Ok. Track 61 is a secret railroad track at Grand Central Station. No body really knows about it. It's put on hold for construction. It's abandoned right now. Track 61 is behind a locked door on 49th Street. VIPs used it to get into the Waldorf-Astoria hotel. FDR used it." I spoke so fast I bet the guys didn't understand a word I said.
"Ok so how do you know about this? And how do you know your dad is there?" Evan asked.

"When I was little, before Jeremy replaced my dad. He used to tell me bedtime stories. And one of his bedtime stories was about an old abandoned rail road track. He told me of his adventures there with his brother and that was where they went to escape the taunting from their mother. I typed in abandoned rail road tracks into google and then Track 61 came up. That's how I know where he is." I said excitingly.
"Jessica you were so young. How do you know all of that? How do you remember it?" Ian asked.
"I just do."

"We know where he is. We have a plan. But it's not a good plan. We need more. We have to find a way to get past all the security guards Jeremy has set up at Grand Central." I said as I sat on the sofa with a glass of wine in my hand. I looked at the clock, it was about 3:00 am and sleep was hitting me like a truck. I wanted to sleep so bad but I had to stay awake.

"Blueprints! Maybe if we had blue print for under neath the station, we could figure out a way." Ethan said.
Ethan looked online for the blueprints and it was surprisingly very easy. Mathew and Ethan began to look for possible entrances to the door on 49th street.
"Hey Jess. You go to sleep. Mathew and I will figure it out. You too Ian. You guys look beat" Evan smiled and I nodded thankfully. I really needed some sleep.
Ian and I walked to our rooms. As soon as we entered the room. Ian shut the door ms wrapped his arm around me. He kissed the top of my shoulders and continues up.
"We're going to get him I promise" he whispered to me. And then landed a big kiss on my lips. 

Ok so this chapter was basically a flashback of the day before Jessica signed the papers. This was basically unraveling their plans and then finding out new things. Things are going to get pretty tough for them. Alright so hope U enjoyed this chapter. And track 61 is a real thing. I did fib a little bit with some of the information, but track 61 is real and was used FDR and other VIPs It was a secret railroad used to get into the Waldorf-Astoria hotel.
