"So Ms. Goenka, why did you decide to be a music therapist when you could have been an amazing singer?"

The interviewer asked Akshara as she finished giving them a demo of her song. She had sung her favourite 'O! Kanha' today which earned huge applause from the interviewers.

"I've always wanted to work at the hospital, helping the patients in one way or the other. And I've been passionate about music my whole life. So I became a music therapist. I feel grateful for the opportunity I got, to interview here at Birla Hospital."

The interviewers smiled as they began discussing with each other. Akshara sat there in front of them, nervously tapping her foot on the ground, waiting for their response.

"Congratulations Ms. Goenka, we have decided to hire you as a Senior Music Therapist in the Birla Hospital. When would you be willing to start your new position? We hope you could start as soon as you can." The interviewer smiled at Akshara and she released her breath in relief.

"Thank you so much, sirs. I'm absolutely fine with joining from tomorrow."

They discussed the position, remunerations and duties for a few minutes and Akshara thanked them before bidding goodbye.

...

"Yes Dadu, I was nervous at first but then once I started singing, all the anxiousness just vanished. I'll be starting the work from tomorrow..." Akshara chatted with Manish as she walked in the corridors of the hospital.

"Okay, I'll call you later Dadu. I need to give this file to the hiring department." As she hung up the call, she entered a cabin without checking the name at the door.

Akshara was taken aback when she entered the room, it was extremely organized and maintained as if the person in charge of this room was a neat freak.

"They told me to give this to the person sitting in the right cabin on the fourth floor, just by the elevator. But I don't see anyone here?" She muttered as she moved ahead near the desk to check if there was a pile in which she could put her documents.

Just like the room, the office desk was extremely clean and organized. She didn't bother to see the nameplate of the person on the desk. As she kept her file on the desk, she heard the door of the cabin creek and an angry voice behind her.

"Who are you?" She gasped at the sudden booming voice and spun around in a hurry, only to bump with the lamp, making a loud thud.

"Ouch! Shit! Shit! I'm so sorry." Without looking at the person, she bent down to pick up the lamp.

As she tried to pick up the lamp, a handheld her arm tightly, pulling her up to stand, spinning her around to face himself.

"I asked who the fuck are you and what the hell are you doing in my cabin?" He growled and Akshara lifted her head to see the face of the person shouting at her.

It would be a lie if she denied that her heart didn't skip a beat seeing the man in front of her. But she wasn't a teenager to fall for every handsome man she saw. Akshara looked at the hand holding her arm and shook it fiercely, making him lose hold of her.

"First of all, I'm sorry for entering the cabin without permission. I was sent here by Sir Dixit to submit my documents. Secondly, I am the new music therapist appointed by the hospital. And lastly, I don't want to give my name to a rude, harsh and insensitive person like you... got it?"

Akshara pointed her finger at Abhimanyu. His eyes darkened in anger.

"Do you even know who you're pointing your finger at Ms. No Name?" Abhimanyu growled at the disrespecting woman in front of him.

"Even if you're president of this hospital... I don't care. You respect me and I respect you." Akshara glared back at him.

Abhimanyu gritted his teeth at the stubborn girl.

"You!" He pointed a finger at her but before he could say anything, she pushed his hand away and walked towards the door to leave.

Before she could leave the cabin, she turned around to look at Abhimanyu, who was looking dumbfounded at the hand she had pushed.

"Akshara... Akshara Goenka is my name. Don't forget to complain about me, Mr. Chidkuram" He turned to glare at her but she had already run away.

"Badtameez Ladki! I'll see you later" he grumbled and cleaned the mess she created with the lamp.
