A little recap: Abhimanyu realizes his love for Akshara, but she is angry with him. Akshara is informed by Manish that Arohi and Kairav are shifting to Udaipur. Akshara gets a panic attack and Abhimanyu questions her about the same when she wakes up.

Abhimanyu squinted his eyes waiting for her answer. When she didn't reply or even look at him in his eyes, he sighed and held her hand.

"It's okay if you don't want to share, Akshu. I understand that. But can you please promise to tell me always whenever you feel upset or down? I really can't see you in pain."

He gently caressed her hand as he whispered. Akshara finally looked up at him, her eyes welling up seeing the worry in his eyes. She smiled with tears in her eyes and nodded lightly, making him smile as well.

"That's my favourite smile, I thought you had donated it somewhere." Abhimanyu joked making her chuckle.

"And Akshu, I'm sorry. I will never ignore you or do what I did. Please accept my apology." His sincerity made Akshu smile.

"I was never angry at you, to begin with, Abhi. Just hurt. But I'll forgive you this time, but if it happens again and you break my trust, I'll leave you forever -"

"NEVER"

Akshu was shocked when his loud voice cut her sentence. His grip on her hand became stronger.

"I will never let you leave me, this is not gonna happen. I'm never going to let it happen..."

Seeing Abhimanyu was getting a little panicky, she held his hand, moving it slowly towards her lips and gently kissing it, making him stop all of a sudden. He looked at his, still on her lips, then her eyes, which were staring at him intensely.

"Don't worry, Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. This annoying and crazy girl is never going to leave you, even when you get tired of me."

Akshara said, bringing Abhimanyu out of his trance. He momentarily forgot about his anger and smiled at Akshara's words.

"You are so filmy, Akshu" he grinned.

"That I am - A Drama Queen!" Akshara winked at him, making both of them chuckle.

But as she was talking to him, Akshara didn't forget the horrifying thought of her sister and brother visiting her. In the back of her mind, she was worried but she didn't let it show to Abhimanyu.

But he was Abhimanyu Birla, who was always sensitive to the emotions of people he loved. He knew something was bothering her, but he didn't want to force her, especially after her panic attack. He can wait till Akshara was comfortable enough to tell him.

...

"I'm fine, Neil! Stop nagging me!" Akshara pouted at Neil who was giving a lecture to her about her since last hour.

"Oh! hello Ms. Goenka. I'm not your Abhi, who'll melt seeing your puppy eyes and pouting lips. It's Bhai only who has spoiled you rotten. Why didn't you tell me that you had a panic attack yesterday? I heard some nurses talk about it, otherwise, you were never going to tell me right?"

Neil grumbled, making Akshara feel sorry. She didn't want to worry him.

She got up from her lying position and gestured to him for a hug. He looked angry but still couldn't resist hugging her back.

"Sorry," Akshara whispered.

"Yeah! You should be. No next time okay?" Neil gave in, he couldn't get angry at her for a single minute. She was just too sweet.

"Promise! Okay, now go get me some spicy food- maybe some chaat or samosa. Kachori is also fine. Please order those for me, Neil!"

Akshara gave him her world-famous puppy, making Neil call the canteen when they were interrupted by Abhimanyu's voice.

"Not a chance! You are sick, Akshu. I told you, porridge for at least a week" Abhimanyu entered her room with a tray of food, and Akshara groaned.

"Abhi yaar! Stop with your torture! I will eat, whatever I want. You have no right to stop me" Akshara grumbled, pointing her finger at him.

"I do have rights, even double rights. One as your doctor and the other as your friend. Stop whining now and eat this porridge. I specially asked the canteen to make this." Akshara looked horrified when she saw the ugly-looking tasteless bowl of porridge in front of her.

"No way! I'm not eating that shit" She shook her head.

"Yes you are"

"No, I'm not"

"Yes!"

"No!"

"Yes"

"No!"

"Stop arguing like a husband-wife both of you!" Neil suddenly interrupted their argument, making both of them stop.

After realizing what Neil said, they blushed hard and averted their eyes away from each other. Neil rolled his eyes at them.

"Now, you are blushing like newlyweds! Please spare this single boy with your PDA. I'm going, you guys continue whatever you are doing."

Neil grumbled and left the room, leaving the two behind in an awkward conversation.

If the blush earlier was not visible, this one was prominent on their cheeks. Although Abhimanyu wanted this to happen more than anything, he didn't want to make his Akshu awkward with him.

"Don't mind, Akshu. He talks silly all the time. God knows what Indian serial he is watching. I swear he and Maa both love these dramatic shows" Abhimanyu exaggerated, making Akshu giggle.

"I know, and don't worry, I don't mind his jokes."

Akshara smiled at him when Abhimanyu suddenly said something making Akshara's eyes widen.

"And before I forget, your porridge is getting cold"

"NO!"

...
