Akshara was in her cabin, eating her lunch when there was a knock on the door. She immediately wiped her mouth with a tissue, in case there was a residue of the sauce.
"Come In!" She said and a ward boy came in, holding a large bouquet of her favourite flowers- Roses.
"Ma'am, for you!" He didn't give a chance for Akshara to say anything and just kept the bouquet on the table and rushed back.
"Arey! Wait! Who send this?" Akshara was flabbergasted at the sudden turn of events.
"What a weird man! At least, he should have given me the name of the person who sent these." She muttered and looked at the bouquet to find a little note in there.
She carefully picked it out and read the note.
"Sorry, best friend! I'll never do that again. Forgive me {Sad Emoji Face}"

She turned the note to find a cute heart drawn with her name in it. She unconsciously smiled but then frowned recalling she was upset with Abhimanyu.
"Hmph! I'm not forgiving you this easily, Dr. Abhimanyu Birla. Put some more effort and then we'll see."
Akshara was about to throw the note in the garbage but her hands didn't listen to her. She scoffed and put the note in the drawer of her desk.
"I'm not throwing it because it is a waste of paper, yes. Not because of that Chidkuram!"
...
For the next few days, Akshara would receive bouquets, gifts, balloons and notes at different times, and her cabin was filled with them. She mentally sighed at the efforts Abhimanyu was putting but her heart couldn't get over the hurt she felt because of him.
He hadn't shown his face in so many days and she was missing him. She doesn't know why, when she spent her time with Abhimanyu, she would always forget about the worries and tensions. Akshara would feel comfortable just being with him.
She sighed and continued practicing a song when her phone rang. Akshara picked it up and the smiling face of her grandpa was in front of her.
"Hi Dadu, you look happy?" She asked curiously.
"Why? Can't I be happy seeing my favourite granddaughter?" He said.
"I am your only grandchild, Dadu!" She chuckled and Manish scoffed.
"So what! You're still my favourite!" She smiled at his jokes.
"Tell me naa, why are you so happy?" Akshara asked and he grinned.
"Guess who is coming to Udaipur to meet you?" She was confused for a moment.
"You? But it's not possible. You don't have time. But who else?"
"No baby! Kairav and Arohi are also shifting to Udaipur along with you!" He laughed, wanting to see the surprised and happy face of his granddaughter.
But Akshara felt as if the ground slipped beneath her feet. She was horrified at the mere thought of them coming to the same city as her. She had done everything to stay away from those two but fate is cruel.
"I know you are shocked! I was too when Arohi told me. Now, you'll have two of your favourite people around you. You must be happy. Okay, Akshu, make sure to pick them up. I'll talk to you later, I got an urgent call. Bye." Akshara didn't hear what Manish said.
She felt her heartbeat out of control and breathing became tough for her. The two people who have destroyed her life are coming to create havoc in her peaceful world again. She couldn't let that happen again, she would not be able to bear it all over again.
As the flashbacks of her past occupied her mind, she couldn't control her shivering body and everything blacked out in front of her.
...
Akshara groaned as she woke up, her hand massaging her head which was throbbing wildly. She slowly opened her eyes to find herself in what seemed like a hospital room. She looked around to find she was on a patient bed, her other hand injected with a drip.
Her eyes went over to the sofa, where the person she missed the whole week was sleeping quietly. She picked up her phone, which was on the table beside her bed, and checked the time. It was way past midnight.
As Akshara lifted herself to get a glass of water, she groaned loudly as the drip hurt her hand. Abhimanyu who was barely sleeping woke up with a jerk at the sudden noise. He saw Akshara getting up and immediately went to help her.
"What are you doing, woman! You are going to hurt yourself." He reprimanded and adjusted her drip while making her lay on the bed.
"Why were you getting up from the bed, Akshu?" He scolded her while adjusting her bed settings.
"Water...I wanted water" She said hoarsely and Abhimanyu immediately handed her a glass of water and made her drink it slowly.
Abhimanyu settled on the stool beside her bed and only then did she notice his red tired eyes and dark circles around them. His hair was all messed up and his body looked haggard.
She knew Abhimanyu loved the cleanliness and hated mess. And now, he's in a condition like this because of her. She felt extremely guilty and hated herself for making him go through this. Her thoughts halted with his sudden question.
"Why did you have a panic attack, Akshu?" Akshara gulped looking at his intense eyes.
