A tear slipped down her cheek as the red sindoor was applied to her hair. Abhimanyu gently wiped it away with his thumb while Akshara gazed at him with a teary smile. They were finally married, their names now united as Mr. and Mrs. Birla.
"You are now permanently mine, Mrs. Akshara Abhimanyu Birla," Abhimanyu whispered, placing a soft kiss on her temple.
"And you are mine, Mr. Abhimanyu Akshara Goenka," she replied, and he grinned widely.
It had taken three long years from the moment she said yes to his proposal. Akshara still remembered how overjoyed she was when he proposed, her tears flowing continuously but her smile never fading.
Abhimanyu had planned a surprise parachute tour, fulfilling a dream she had always cherished. But she never expected that he would propose to her while they were airborne. It was magical, personal, and one of the most unforgettable moments of her life.
That day, they had made love for the first time in a private cabin he owned on the city's outskirts. Three years later, on the same day, they were now happily married, though their journey hadn't been smooth. They had faced many challenges, from Arohi to Harshwardhan.
When Akshara met his parents, his mother, Manjiri, was overjoyed, but his father, Harshwardhan, spoke to her rudely, leading to an intense argument between Abhimanyu and Harshwardhan. It was the first time Akshara had seen her love so angry, and the tension recurred at every family dinner.
Harshwardhan had wanted Arohi to marry Abhimanyu, but with Arohi and her brother in jail for medical malpractice, he had no choice but to accept Akshara as his son's fiancée. Akshara wasn't sure how the police discovered Arohi and Kairav's involvement, but she suspected it was Abhimanyu's doing.
Her father and grandfather continued to blame themselves for her childhood sufferings. When Akshara finally shared her pain with them, they were shocked and cried, apologizing for their carelessness. This moment brought her closer to her family, and Abhimanyu was happy to see her smiling from the heart.
It took three long years for them to move past their haunted memories and start anew. It wasn't easy, but they did it together, supporting each other. As they grew, their love blossomed into a strong, unshakable bond.

"Abhimanyu, put me down! We'll be late," Akshara exclaimed as Abhimanyu carried her in his arms while she was getting ready. He smirked, watching her struggle to escape his embrace.
"Baby, you know what a saree does to me, right? So, you can't expect me to just stand by," he said, leaning in for a lingering kiss.
When his hands began to wander, Akshara bit his lip and jumped down, causing him to groan in pain.
"This isn't the time for romance, Dr. Birla. We have a pooja to attend, and Maa is waiting for us downstairs. Please keep your hands and lips to yourself and hurry up," she said, shoving him toward the washroom.
Abhimanyu whined like a child but, at her insistence, got ready for the ceremony. As they descended the stairs, they admired the beautifully decorated hall and exchanged smiles until a scream from behind startled them.
"MAMA! Help me! The monster is going to eat me... AHHHH!" Little feet ran toward Akshara, clinging to her tightly.
"I'm going to eat you, princess..." Neil came running from behind, making a scary face that only made her scream more.
"PAPA! HELP!!" Abhimanyu laughed, picked up his daughter Amayra, and kissed her head as she buried her face in his neck.
"Who's troubling my little angel?" he cooed, soothing her.
"It's Chichi! He's a big monster who wants to eat me," Amayra said, pointing at Neil, who was laughing at his four-year-old niece.
"Oh, my sweetheart, then let me defeat Chichi the monster, okay? Will you help Papa?" Abhimanyu asked, and she nodded enthusiastically.
He looked at Neil with a smirk, and Neil gulped, running away. Abhimanyu chased after him with Amayra in his arms, who cheered for her Papa to catch her Chichi.
Manjiri and Akshara laughed, accustomed to the daily chaos of managing three little kids in the house.
