Kageyama was slowly getting used to being outside. Besides, he had a cat to keep him company. He named it "Shima."
He was walking through the woods, grabbing anything he could find, such as: sticks, leaves, and even bugs. He shoved those in his bag for later.
"Day...3? Out here. I'm tired of walking around, though my leg is numb now. Pretty sure it's infected or something.."
"I wonder if anyone is actually searching for me..."
He lifts up his new cat, shima, in the air.
"Do you think someone is....?"
*meow~*
"I'm gonna take that as a yes. It's better to keep hope!"
He continued walking until he ran into a lake. It's a different one than before..there were fish and it looked even prettier. He immediately ran up to it and stuck his hands into the water, swishing them around.
"Ahhh it's been a while since I've seen water! Other than rain...but still!"
He splashed some of the water onto his face. In the reflection he could see his dirty clothes.
"Yuck...I look hideous.."
Meanwhile, shima was slashing at fish in the water. This gave kageyama the idea to fish. But with his hands of course.
He waited until he saw a medium sized fish. It was swimming slowly so this was kageyama's chance! He quickly shoved his hands back into the water, grabbing the fish by its tail.
"AHA IVE GOT YO-"
he in fact, did not catch it.
It got dark and in the end he could not catch a single fish.
"*sigh* well...this is my life for now..."
He looked around and then up at the stars.
"Why do I feel sorta....free..?"
