Hes hung out with the group a lot more and has learned to voice his feelings a little more.
After having that convo and reading tsukishima's messages, he sees him a little differently now.

Kageyama's cat ended up being a female and ended up getting preggo from another stray cat. She ended up having kittens and now kageyama has 5 other mouths to feed. (hes going broke).
Oikawa and iwa occasionally cat sit for him when hes exhausted.
