Chapter 4

    The next night we had our first gig, or mine at least. It was amazing even though it was from 8:00pm until 1:00am, but we took a break in between, after the show ended was when it got interesting. I walked off stage back to the room they let us take our break in. The boys were in there already, or so I thought. I walked down the hall and saw Larry, Denis and Roger standing with Paul, George, Pete, Stuart. None of them looked pleased.

"What's happening?" I asked walking in between them

"John and Will are confronting each other," Larry sighed

"About what?" I question

"You, snooping around us." Pete scowled

"Hey, take it easy kid, she did nothing wrong," Denis scowled back

"I just wanted to meet them," I defended, looking from each face.

"Well now whatever you did set something off inside John," Roger sighed

"She was the one getting all up in John," Pete spat again

"Do you wanna get your teeth knocked down your throat big mouth?" Denis shot back through gritted teeth

"Calm it Pete," Paul sighed

"I'm going in there," I said walking up to the door, but Larry stopped me.

"Bad idea, I told you about how Will feels about John, he wants to punch him just by hearing his name, two hot headed people in the same room isn't what you want to be in between," Larry warned

"What did John do that was so bad?" asked George

"Well there's the copy cat thing between them about how Will thinks John always copies him, but alsoWill had this girl, loved her more than anything in the world, he'd take one bullets upon bullets for her, then John slept with her and she had a pregnancy scare, we don't know where she is but I think either way the poor baby in her stomach didn't make it. There's a lot more he hasn't told us but so far that's the main reason," Larry explained, then the door shot open and Will appeared

"I need her," He said pointing to me and dragging me inside than slamming the door

"What the hell were you doing around this bastard?" Will asked with obvious irritation

"I told you yesterday, I came down to check out the venue so during their break I came to see what they're all about," I explained, feeling my palms starting to sweat

"You seem to enjoy me," John winked

"No Lennon, don't go around her, don't touch her, don't even bloody look at her." Will threatened

"Will, it's fine, John's not gonna do anything," I said calmly

"That's what you think, but he's a damn mess, a brainless arsehole who thinks he can fuck anyone he wishes and trust me he will, you don't want to end up with him. You don't know him like I do, you're only gonna get hurt in the end!" Will shouted

"Will please, nothing will happen."

"I'm just telling you now, if you do anything with him then you can forget about touring with us ever again!" Will spat as he rushed out of the room  slamming the door behind him

Taken back, I felt a big lump form in my throat as the words processed in my head. As I was about to rush out John grabbed my hand.

"Hey" He said sympathetically, bringing me closer and into a hug, "Don't listen to him, he's and idiot" John said softly

"But I've known him since I was little, if he kicks me off this Germany gig then I'm done for," I said as tears threatened to spill, but I didn't want to cry —I hated crying in front of people.

"Don't worry, you'll get through it and if he kicks you off, then he was no good anyway and it's his loss because you're one hell of a singer," John smirked and lifted my face closer

"Thanks," I blushed, John chuckled softly and placed his lips on my cheek and traveling over towards my lips, putting a hand on my waist to bring me closer, I couldn't help myself but lean in. He was so perfect in such an imperfect way. But when my mind began to process what was happening, I pulled away and looked up at him.

"I don't trust you that much yet, Lennon."
