Chapter 18

Griffins POV
I ran into another room. Alyssa and Michael laid on the floor knocked out. I grabbed Alyssa, threw her over my shoulder, and gasped when I saw Michael. He's dead. The building kept crumbling. I left him there and ran out. I put Alyssa in the car and started to drive back to MESA Inc. This isn't good.

"Who killed him?" Lex asked. I shrugged. "It was Piper. She got a lot stronger since the last time I saw her" Alyssa said while cleaning her bruised mouth. "Pyro killed him?" I said in shock. "Whos running the company now?" Lex asked. "Don't ask such silly questions Lexus" a man said. "The fuck did you just call me!?" Lex snapped, turning to the man. She saw who it was and immediately backed down. "Oh. I'm sorry Father" she said, looking down. I've never seen her scared before. "Its alright Lexus. As the closest partner to MESA, I take over the company and the um... side work" he said looking at Alyssa who is in severe pain. "It'll be an honor working for you sir" I said holding out my hand. He hesitated but shook it. He pulled me close to his face. "Listen, I know Michael had his hopes for you but I don't trust you and you will do everything I order. Just because my daughter has taken a liking to you does not mean you get special privileges. Do I make myself clear?" He asked. "Crystal" I said. "Father, let her go" Lex said sternly. He let go and left a red mark on my hand. He walked away. "Are you ok?" Lex asked. "Ill be fine love" I said. Lex looked at me weird. I've never called her that. Alyssa gagged and left. When the door closed I looked back at Lex. "I knew she'd leave" I said. Lex chuckled. "Now that my Father's here, its going to be a thousand times harder to cheat the system" Lex said. "Then we'll have to be a thousand times smarter" I said. I got a notification on my watch. I clicked it. It doesn't say who its from but I already know who it is. "I forgive you" it read. "Thanks Hazel" I whispered.

Hazels POV
I forgave Griffin. She wanted to protect us. Besides it wasnt the worst sex I've experienced. She wasnt very rough. I bet her new girlfriend likes it. I wonder if its a thing for the Harrison family to be good in bed. I do indeed wonder. "Earth to Hazel" Harper waved her hand in my face. "What?" I asked. "Stop staring at Pitch's ass and go! Its your turn" Harper said. Pitch stopped leaning on the counter and looked at me confused. I looked at Harper and put down a card. She put down hers. "I win!" she said. "Ah fuck you. You always win" I groaned. "That's cause I'm good at games" she said. "Not as good as I am!" Pyro said. "True, you can kick my ass in any game babe" Harper said. "I doubt that she kicks your ass in the bedroom" I said. "Also true" Harper smiled. "I don't like you Hazel" Pyro huffed. We laughed. "Just say fuck you! You never curse and I don't understand why" Pitch said. "Because its rude" Pyro said. Harper walked up to her. "Fuck" she said. "No" Pyro shook her head. "Come on. Say it" Harper said. "No!" Pyro yelled. "Fuck! Fuck! Fuck!" We all chanted. Pyro ran into her room covering her ears. We laughed. Harper went into their room.

"So you stare at my ass?" Pitch asked, sitting down across from me. "I was zoned out" I shrugged. "Uh huh. You have drool on your lip" she said. I wiped my mouth immediately. "No I don't!" I notice. She laughed. "You being so quick to wipe it shows that you were totally staring at my ass" she said. "No I wasnt" I lied. "You wanna bet?" She asked grabbing a deck of cards. "What are you suggesting?" I asked. "If I win, you tell me the truth and if you win I'll leave you alone" she said. "Deal" I said.

Its down to the final play. I flipped my cards. "Beat that bitch" I smirked. She laughed. "All aces" she said turning her cards. I stared at her for a moment. "No" I stood up and walked into our room. "Hey! That wasnt our deal!" She followed me. I turned on the shower and grabbed a towel. "Hey, tell me" she walked into the bathroom. "Um do you mind? I'm about to take a shower" I said. "Tell me" she repeated. I sighed and looked down. "Yes I was staring at your ass. Are you happy now!" I pulled her shirt to me. "Yes" she smirked. I let her go and got a whiff of her scent, and as if I was in a coma, I stood there staring at the wall starry eyed. "Hazel?" She asked tapping my shoulder. "You smell good" I said. "Do I really?" She asked with a laugh. I snapped out of it and blushed. "Get out, I gotta shower" I said not making eye contact. She giggled. "If that's what you want" she left and closed the door.

Pitch's POV
I laid on the bed and started watching a movie. Forty minutes in, Hazel came out of the bathroom. Her hair dripping wet, in her training bra and a pair of sweatpants. I whistled a cat call. She got red and laid down on her side of the bed. "What are we watching?" she asked. "Men in Black" I said. "How appropriate" she said sarcastically. I smirked. "You know that was miserable right!" She said angrily. "What?" I asked innocently. "You made me flustered and then left me in the shower alone" she said. "You told me to leave!" I said. "Yeah but I didn't mean- UGH!" She groaned. I laughed. "I bet your hair isn't the only thing dripping" I smirked. She pulled the covers over her mouth and squeezed her eyes shut to hide her blush. I just laughed more. "Stop laughing at me" she mumbled. "I'm not" I said. "Yes you are" she hit me. "I just think you're cute" I said. "Stop!" She said hitting me more. I pulled her onto my lap and held her on my stomach. "Oh wow. A little pushy, don't ya think?" She asked. "Not as pushy as Griffin I'd hope" I said. "No, I like your version of pushy" she said scooting up. I kissed her nose. "I think you missed" she said. "Did I?" I asked. "You're terrible" she said, kissing me. "I know" I smiled.

Pyros POV
Harper and I took our heads off Hazel and Pitch's door. "Twenty bucks" I ordered. "Say fuck first" she said. "That's not our deal" I huffed. "Say it" she begged. I groaned. "No!" I said. "PLEASE" she groaned. "No. Money" I ordered. She gave me twenty bucks. "I told you they'd get together" I said.
