The night before
Michaels POV
I came home and no one was there. "Girls?" I yelled. Nothing. I walked upstairs. "Griffin?" I asked. She's not in her room. "Harper!" I yelled. I went to her room but when I opened the door I was taken back. Its empty. I went to Hazels room. Its empty too. I ran to Pitch's room and yep, its empty. Fear rushed through my body as I approached Pipers door. I slowly opened it and it was empty. Except for a piece of paper on the floor. I picked it up and its a note.

Dad, we found out what you're doing and we know that Griffin is working for you. So we're leaving. I don't understand why you would lie to me. I'm your daughter and you treat me like I don't exist. None the less, I love you dad and even if we're on opposite sides I will always care for you. Bye - Pyro. P.S. if you want to find Griffin you may want to hurry, there's a low chance she'll survive what Harper planned for her.

That little bastard. Griffins in trouble. I ran downstairs and grabbed my tablet. I found Griffins car on the tablet but I don't see any other vehicles. I went to the garage to see the girls car is still here. They took Pipers truck. Shit! I regret not tracking it now. I got in the car and drove to Griffin. If she's dead than my plan will go to waste.

I pulled up and got out. The building is collapsing and its on fire. Piper was right, as much as I hate to admit it, there's no way Griffin survived this. I heard rocks tumbling. I looked over. They fell and out fell Griffin. She was covered in ash, coughing and gasping for breath. I went to her. "Griffin, are you ok?" I asked. I helped her up. "I'm fine" she coughed. "The girls escaped" I said. "That road expands for miles. The nearest town isn't for days. They wont get far" she said. "Yes they will. You're not going out like this" I said. "Ill be fine" she coughed again. "No, I wont risk them killing you" I said. "They already tried and failed" she said. That gave me an idea. "You're right. They think you're dead right now which means you're going to come in handy" I said. She smirked. I have a new plan.

Pitch's POV
I have an idea but I don't know if Harper will go for it. "Um... Pitch? Are you awake? Cause your seat is in my face" Harper said. I pulled my seat up. I forgot they were laying there. "I didn't hit you did I?" I asked. "No your fi-" she stopped mid sentence. I turned to look at her. Pyro is still asleep on her chest. She's staring at her in awe. I smirked and raised an eyebrow. She looked at me. "Shut up" she snapped. "I didn't say anything" I said. She's so red right now. "Someone has a crush" hazel sang. I got scared by her voice and hit my head on the ceiling. They laughed. "Don't scare me like that. I thought you were asleep" I said. She giggled and shook her head. "Why are you guys so loud?" Pyro groaned. "How long have you been up?" I asked. "Since you started laughing" she sat up. "Lets get back on the road before Michael comes after us" I said.

"So harper, I have an idea" I said. "What's that?" She asked. "So we're on our own now and obviously we have nothing" I said. "Yeah?" She said. "Well we are bandits and we do need money sooo" I started. "What are you suggesting exactly?" She asked. "What if we robbed a bank?" I asked. Harper and Hazel looked at me like I was insane. Pyro just ate her chips like I said nothing. "Are you crazy!?" Hazel asked. "A little" I shrugged. "Mansions and businesses are one thing but an actual well guarded bank? It would be next to impossible without all our gear and plus without Grif-" Harper stopped. The truck slowed. My foot slowly dropping off the pedal. I sighed and kept driving. "Without Griffin we have no eyes. No sense of direction and all the cameras will be on us" Harper said calmly. "Come on Harper. We need the money. Besides, if low life criminals can rob a bank single handedly then the four of us shouldn't have a problem. I'm sure that if we put our heads together than we could find a way to disable the cameras or make a map. It cant be that hard" I said. "I don't think you understand how difficult Griffins job was Pitch" Hazel said. "Yeah! Griffin used to rant to me about how hard it was make maps and stuff while she fixed everything I blew up" Pyro said. I hit the breaks and we all looked at Pyro. "What?" She asked. "Did she tell you how she did it?" I asked. She nodded. "Do you remember it all?" I asked. She nodded again. "Pyro, you're our new tech girl!" I said. She smiled. "Ok!" She said. "Are you sure that's a good idea?" Hazel whispered. "Remember what she did at the warehouse. With a little help and motivation Pyro is a serious weapon. We're lucky to have her" I said. "If you say so" Hazel said.
