Hello! Before I start the chapter I just want to say thank you for 1k! I wrote the authors note on the last chapter but it wouldn't add, so I hope you're enjoying the story and if you have any ideas please write them in the comments :) this chapter is just a filler and unfortunately there will be a few more fillers after the next chapter (I have one idea for a few chapters after the dance)

Nikki's Pov
**the weekend**
Bonnie and I are at the mall looking for a dress for the dance next Friday. My dad sent money for the outfit but I enclosed it in a new envelope, wrote on his address and sent it straight back to him.
We walk into one of the shops and look at all the dresses
"There all just so beautiful." Bonnie smiled
"I know, where do we begin?" I said
"Over there maybe?" Bonnie laughed
"It was a rhetorical question but ok." I smiled
We walk over to a bunch of mannequins with colourful dresses covered in sequins and rhinestones.
"Oh! Nikki!" Bonnie said excitedly "look at these!" I walk over to her and she points at two mannequins with knee length dresses one a cyan blue and the other a reddish pink, they have a belt type thing made out of rhinestones and on the upper part of the dress and then in the skirt they filter and they look like they've fallen down.
"Blue for me, pink for you?" I asked
"Yes!" Bonnie and I smiled. Neither of us got asked by someone we wanted to go with so we've decided to go together so matching dresses seems a perfect choice.
We go over to the cashier and pay for the dresses, they weren't that pricey which was good seeing as we would only ever wear them once.

After we payed we decided to go for lunch at McDonald's. We order and then as if from no where Kenzie appears, seriously? That girl just has to be everywhere that I am. And of corse she's holding hands with Justin officially making it official I guess.
"Since when have they been a thing?" Bonnie said with a disgusted look on her face
"Since like last night. I went to get food whilst listening to their flirt-a-thon and when I was about to take my food upstairs when BAM! I almost walk in on them kissing I decided to stay in the kitchen and after like a minute she pulled him upstairs, I stayed downstairs and after a while they came down Justin shoes in hand and Kenzie in her pjs they kiss at the door for like three minutes and then she locked the door behind him and I told her that she's a bitch." I said
"The first time they kiss they have sex? Talk about moving quickly." Bonnie smiled
From the store opposite us Kenzie spots us and she starts kissing him.
"I know how you feel." Bonnie muttered, the cliché falls right out her mouth.
"You do?" I laughed
"You thought that she wouldn't get her claws into him and he'd be the one taking you to the dance." Bonnie said
"Did you have your eye on anyone? I asked
"I thought about asking Scott." She whispered
"What?!" I exclaimed, I have kind of forgiven Scott since Tiffany confessed, but I haven't forgotten what he did.
"Yeah and when I thought he might just ask me, he asked the returning girl Gabriella Wark, she said yes." Bonnie sighed
"God, she's only been back two minutes and she has stopped you getting your 'dream' guy, how do you cope." I joked. Just then Justin looks up and spots us and gives us a wave and walks out of the shop to come over to us.
"Hey I didn't expect to see you here." Justin smiled
"Well I did," I muttered quietly "how's Tiffany?"
"I wouldn't know, I got a text like two hours after she left saying "bye Justin, mums taking my phone, it's best if we move on. T xx" it's best to move on anyway." He said
"Yeah but Tiffany's the love of you life, she worth risking for that bimbo freak?" I said
"Kenzie, that bimbo freak," he laughed "is my girlfriend, my choice."
"Are you sure it was you choice not hers? Looked more like she bribed you into it with sex." I muttered
"Whatever. But Mine and Tiffs relationship caused a lot of anger, my therapist says that the anger isn't worth it," he smiled "but I'll see you, I have to get back to my bimbo freak." Then he walks back over to Kenzie who has picked her dress and is now linked arm in arm with Justin and strolling out of the shop.
"Give me strength." I rolled my eyes
"Did you seriously call her a bimbo freak?" Bonnie laughed
"Yup." I laughed
