Scaramouche leaves the bathroom and sees Childe and y/n talking to each other. They notice him enter the room, and bring their attention to him

Y/n: hey so we are thinking we could go in maybe a couple of hours, and just prepare ourselves.
Scaramouche: sure, that works with me
Y/n: great, I'm just going to go to the bathroom, be right back

Y/n heads to the bathroom. Leaving Scaramouche and Childe together. As Scaramouche is about to take a seat at the table, Childe grabs his arm before he can. Giving him a deathly stare

Childe: I know you're not him
Scaramouche: so why don't you just tell her that then? *smirks*
Childe: because there's no point scaring her even more. It doesn't matter either way. You can't hurt her
Scaramouche: just out of curiosity, how can you tell I'm not him?
Childe: your eyes. They're a dead giveaway. Don't get me wrong, I probably wouldn't have noticed if Scaramouche didn't say anything beforehand, but I can tell now that there's a difference in him
Scaramouche: well that's a pity. But it doesn't change the fact that I will still have that gnosis
Childe: not if Scaramouche can help it. He'll find a way to over power you when the time is right
Scaramouche: hahaha you have too much faith in this worthless puppet. You and me both know he's got no choice in this
Childe: who are you?!

Y/n comes back into the room with a kind smile on her face

Y/n: so I was thinking we could go over the plan a final time before we go
Childe: yeah ok

A while goes by and they have talked about their plans as well as talking about Childe's time with the other archons

Y/n: what did Morax have to say about everything? did you tell him about how I almost... you know?
Childe: yes... he was scared for you but, he was just relieved you were ok now
Y/n: I doubt he'll be ok once he realises what I'm about to do. Losing my memories to be mortal and now taking a chance with the gnosis to be mortal again. He's definitely going to yell at me again when he next sees me. He might even try and make another contract with me *chuckles*
Childe: well he was able to forgive you the first time when you erased your memories. Im sure he'll forgive you for this too
Scaramouche: ...memories...
Y/n: huh?

Childe looks at Scaramouche and sees his eyes fading back to his indigo.

Y/n: what did you say Balladeer?
Scaramouche: umm nothing... I-I should probably go and tell Uma we are leaving soon. I'll be right back
Y/n: oh umm ok?

Scaramouche leaves quickly out of the door

Y/n: what's was that about?
Childe: I'm not sure?

Scaramouche practically runs up the water steps to the floating island. Making his way towards Uma. She notices him running into the building and turns to face him

Scaramouche: UMA!!!
Uma: S-Scaramouche? W-what are you doing here?
Scaramouche: I need your help!

After a while, Y/n and Childe are waiting for Scaramouche near where Osial is located. They don't wait too long before they see Scaramouche making his way towards them both. Childe noticed his eyes are once again grey

Y/n: is everything taken care of with Uma?
Scaramouche: yes, she will make sure the whirl pool is taken care of while we're gone. She is keeping an eye out from the island.
Y/n: ok great

Y/n turns to face the water. Taking a deep breath before yelling-

Y/n: Osialllll!!!!
