Jeremy's P.O.V.

I was just standing outside of Maya's room, since she wanted to be alone for awhile when I heard her screaming Lim Sooho's name.

I really didn't close the door fully so that I can hear anything if something will happen inside and good thing I followed my intuition.

Because here I am right now, shaking the hell out of here, hoping that she'll wake up from her nightmares.

"MAYA!!"

I was shouting on top of my lungs, and at the same time clicking the intercom on the side to get the doctor's attention.

When I was about to tap her cheeks, her eyes suddenly opened and she immediately pull me close for a tight hug.

"Jeremy.. No!"

She was just clinging into my neck while sobbing so hard.

Fck, what it is again this time?

"Hey, baby.. It's okay, I'm here. I'm just here."

I caressed her back to console her but she just sob loudly and her hug became tighter.

"P-please.. don't.." she keeps on mumblinb those words, as If I'll do something to harm her.

"Maya, what's wrong? What happened?"

I was just so worried at the moment, and the freaking doctors were still not coming.

"I-I saw you.. No, I saw Lim Sooho. H-he was dead, and then he wake up--"

She was talking so fast that I don't get some of what she was saying so I caressed her face to calm her down.

"Relax, don't be scared. I'll be here. I'm just here for you, okay?"

It seems like what I did calmed her down but when she opened her eyes, she was silently crying. She was just looking at me, staring straight into my eyes, but her tears keep on falling.

And my heart hurt so much from seeing her like this.

"Y-you love me, right?"

I was taken aback by her question but I manage to pull myself together.

It's now or never, Jeremy.

You need to let her know what you trully feel.

Enough with the "I think" part and be wise with your answer.

"I love you."

She was just looking at me seriously so I repeated myself again, thinking she didn't hear what I said.

"I love you so much, Maya. Not because we think you are Eun Youngro and I'm Lim Sooho. I love you because you are Keziah Jeremiah Kim."

She finally smiled sweetly at me and hide her face by burying it on my chest.

I just laugh at her cute reaction and let her do what she want.

We stayed in that position for a few minutes, before she broke the silent.

"Jeremy.."

"Hmm?"

"Aren't you going to ask how I feel about you?"

"No. If you love me, you'll tell me. And what I said awhile ago is not a question, so I wasn't expecting any response from it."

When I look at her closely to see her reaction, she immediately look away and smiled shyly.
