Crying and running away is a very hard thing to do.

My vision is foggy and people keep on staring at me apologetically as if they knew what I've been through.

I manage to get away from the campus but my problem now is i'm lost.

The street were not that crowded enough but it looks like an abandoned place too. Old stores were still open, and as if I was in a retro themed community.

How come I never heard about this in the internet?

I started to feel scared when I realized I was alone in an unfamiliar place. That I might get killed here and no one will find out.

"Aishhh stop imagining weird things, Maya!"

I scolded myself, forcing it to not jump into weird conclusions.

I felt my phone vibrated a lot of times but I decided to turn it off anyway.

I'm scared but I want to be alone for now. I want to clear things up with myself and facing my friends now will not be a good idea.

I was just about to leave to look for a safe area when a shop name got my attention.

Rome Cafe..

Why does it feel so familiar? Did I went here already?

Confused, I bravely pushed the shop's door and luckily, it was open.

The moment I step inside, floods of memories keep on flashing in my head.

A match tower.

A certificate, pen, lighter and a paperplane on a table.

And..

Jeremy?

I felt my head aches so much when I saw a glimpse of myself crying so hard while holding a cassette tape.

"Miss, are you okay?"

I felt my heart stop from beating when I heard someone talked behind my back.

Please keep me safe, Lord.

When I looked back, it was only a man who's wearing an apron and holding a rug on his hand.

"Y-yes.. I saw that this shop is open so I went inside. Are you operating already?"

The guy nod passionately and smile.

"Yes, please help yourself. You are our first customer so I should treat you nicely, just what my boss told me to do so. I'm Allan by the way, the store manager here."

I felt relieved when I can felt that the store manager looks nice and trustworthy.

I just smiled at him and told him my order then I looked for a perfect place to stay.

Normally, I would find a spot where no one can see me. But since I was the only one here, I decided to choose the center space where a cute aquarium is located.

I roamed my eyes around the shop and it amaze me how retro it can be. From the interior details to the furnitures, it seems like everything has been through a lot but they still manage to look magnificent and elegant enough to be displayed here.

I also notice a small stage where someone can play a song or two.

To distract myself, I looked around my table and saw a box full of matchsticks.

Isn't this a dejavu?

But what if I die here and no one will find out?
