Quad road trip journey part 02

Normal pov

Back at the camp spot of forest the blue and black hedgehog remained asleep as a shooting star flew above them.

The next morning Sonic moved to the side of his sleeping bag as he groaned as the light hit his face. He covered himself as he felt like he didn't want to get out of his comfortable sleeping bag.

A black figure came towards the blue hedgehog as it's Shadow covered the sleeping male hero.

"Blue, get up......Blue?" Shadow said as he bent down and gently shook the blue hedgehog.

The blue hedgehog gently shoo the black hedgehog as Shadow made a face of annoyance.

"Aaaaww Tails, it's to bright......turn off the light" Sonic said in a sleepy tone as he snored.

The black hedgehog shook his head as he tapped the blue hedgehog's head.

"Blue, come on, I made us breakfast." The ultimate lifeform said as the blue hedgehog turned his body facing the opposite direction of the black hedgehog who sighed as he knelt down to the hedgehogs level.

"Okay, have it your way........If you don't want me to eat your chili dogs...theeeeeen....." Shadow began as this made the blue male hedgehog eyes bug out and he sat up bumping heads with the black hedgehog. Shadow fell back as he rubbed his head, Sonic had just woke up and he felt like he was gonna go back to sleep.

"Oooowww" Both males said at the same time as they both groaned and rubbed their heads.

"Oww sheesh Shads, what's your head made out of anyway" Sonic asked as he rubbed his forehead. Wincing at the pain as his head was throbbing.

"Ooooo Chaos....I could tell you the same Blue.....damn it that freaken hurt.." Shadow replied as he stood back up and walked to the fire.

"Look, Lazyhog I made us breakfast so you get up already" The black hedgehog said as the blue hedgehog got up and put his shoes back on.

Both hedgehogs walked back to the campfire and began to eat their breakfast. Shadow had no idea what Sonic would like to eat so he did his best to make him something Abit different more to his taste, the black hedgehog was willing to do this but also to congratulate the blue hedgehog on a job well done for the first lesson.

At the desert

"Good, good you're doing better now" Shadow said as he watched the blue hedgehog drive up a sandy hill and down.

They continued the lesson as it started to turn at noon, Shadows wrist watch beeped as a message was sent to him.

"Alright Blue, we may have to wrap this up a bit early, turns out I gotta take the G.U.N truck back or my bike will be given away." Shadow said as the Blue groaned as he was having too much fun driving the quad.

" It's alright, you made progress so that's enough. You did a job well done Blue. Come on, let's start packing up and I'll reward you on our way back home." Shadow replied as he walked back to camp

Sonic pov

Darn it, I wanted to show off some cool moves, I know Shads said not too, but I really wanted to show him how good of a driver I had become. It's all thanks to him, he's taught me so much and been a great friend.

As I was packing my stuff, I took a glance at where Shads was standing. He teleported the quad back to the truck, I stared in awe at how cool he was. Shadow teleported away again as I looked side to side and wondered where he had gone.

"Are you ready yet?" I heard a voice say behind me which startled me as I jumped and turned around only to see Shadow smirking at me.

"I didn't think you would get surprised easily Blue, you should really pay attention to your surroundings." He chuckled as he walked calmly back to the truck.
