Miabels eighteeth birthday

Camilo was nervous as he knocked on the bedroom door of his Tia Julielta and his Tio Augistine. Juilelta heard the knocking opened the door to find Camilo "Camilo what are you doing here?" She asked him. "I need to ask you and Tio Agustín something important about Mirabel" he said as she pulled him into their room "of course you can" she said as her husband came out of the bathroom "what did you want to ask us dear?" She asked as Camilo looked nervous "I was wanting to ask you if I could ask Mirabel to marry me" he asked his hands shaking "do you promise to love her and cherish her everyday of your life?" His Tio asked him "until the day I die and afterwards and if she dies before me I will cherish her memory until we are reunited" Camilo said truthfully "then yes you have our permission. When they were done his aunt pulled him into a tight hug "Julieleta dear he needs to be alive to propose" her husband said to her making her let him go now to ask Abula which was more nerve wracking then asking her parents. Camilo walked up to her door and knocked. "Come in" he heard her say and he walked into the room "Camilo what brings you here?" She asked him "well I wanted to ask you for your permission to marry Mirabel" he said "do you promise to love her everyday of your natural life and take care of her when she's sick?" Abula asked she very well knew the answer to that question she just needed to hear him say it, "until the day I die and I will love her everyday afterwards and if she goes before me i will continue to love her until the day I die" he told her "then you have my blessing and Camilo" "take care of her" she said "I will always" he said as he left the room ok now that was over the hardest part would come on Mirabels birthday in three days time. Three days later Camilo was in his room getting ready for the day that would change his and and Mirabels lives forever. The party was in full swing when Camilo came up to Mirabel "Mira come with me I have something I want to show you" he said taking her hand "of course Cami" she said once they got to their destination in the gardens of Casita he took her to a quite part "Cami what did you-" she started to say but then she saw that Camilo was down on one knee "Cami-" she started to say but was cut off by Camilo "Mira when I was ten I fell helplessly in love with you and on your seventeenth birthday you let me in your heart you let me love you and my love has only grown from that day on I can't imagine you with anyone else but me will you marry me?" He asked her "yes of course Cami" she said through her tears Camilo then took the ring and placed it on her finger and lifted her up and spun her around "Cami we're getting married" she said once he put her down "yes we are" he said and he pulled her in for a kiss. The two of them headed back to the party where Mirabel was at immediately pulled away from him to dance with Isabela. "Isa!" Mirabel said "what I want to dance with my -" she started to say then she saw the ring "Camilo proposed? It's about time" she said causing Luisa to pull Mirabel in a bone crushing hug "Luisa I can't breathe" Mirabel said "sorry I'm just so happy for you two". She said later that night after celebrating with the family Mirabel was cuddled up in Camilo's arms " I get to hold you every day when we get married" he said "I know and I can't wait to be yours forever".
