"Did Dumbhyuck dared you to say that?"

"Say what?"

"That Illuminati sounding theory whatever that was", Donghee answered stoically, resembling the same way she did upon knowing their each other's mates.

"I- you really??Shorty are you serious?"

She raised a brow at him before chuckling, "Just testing"

Donghee didn't spoke for some seconds, maybe a solid minute, just blankly staring at Jeno before breaking it, "You're Smiley?"

"Yeah..?", Jeno's reply came out rather unsure, feeling pressured by the scrutinizing gaze he received from Donghee.

Her gaze softened, sliding her drink to the side before turning to her bag, "That's cute Blue, wanna help me review?"

The boy reached for the book she handed to him, growing used to Donghee requesting the favor from him as their hangout with Jisung lessened due to her preparing for the incoming academic year.

"Page?"

"From 127"

"Ohh new topic", Jeno hums, his eyes scanning down the said page colored with bright neon highlighters of 3 colors.

"Why aren't you reviewing for your tests Blue?"

"My tests?"

"Yeah, you're gonna take at least an entrance examination since you're new", Donghee explained with her posture better than what she had just seconds ago, "What are you planning to take in University anyway?Maybe I can help you review too", she added, taking notice how he haven't really talked about it before.

Jeno's smile wavered at this, but kept a thin smile before shrugging, "I'll ask my Dad later"

"But what do you want?"

"What I want?"

"Yeah"

"I want to take Business Management", he replied after a while of thinking, his mind going briefly blank with Donghee's way of asking what he wanted to take.

"Ohh that's good, you'll wear something formal for work and then..", Donghee paused mid-sentence, picturing Jeno wearing glasses with his formal attire, and her wearing a doctor's coat as well.

Snapping his fingers, Jeno found a question with an answer easier to pronounce than most,  "I'm gonna start asking you now Shorty"

Hours and hours went by with their reviewing session, Donghee needing a few seconds before remembering the answer to some questions causing her to slightly become agitated and frustrated with herself yet after figuring them out was rather calm and had better confidence. 

"Ah.. that.. that treatment.. what was it?", she lowly mumbles, being stumped on another question after a fairly good streak of quickly answered ones.Frustration once again shows up in her face as she clicks her tongue, looking everywhere as if recalling the image of the said answer.

"It's on the.. wait I know this.. I just.."

With a relaxed smile, Jeno reached for her hand, successfully earning her attention, "It's okay, you did so great!You should take a break", he calmly advises, sliding a glass of water towards her before leaning back to his seat.

"Thank you", although worried about her seemingly not successful progress on reaching a goal of not surpassing 5 uneasily answered questions, Donghee breathes out, easing down to her seat.

Looking over the horizon, Donghee lets out another sigh before throwing an apologetic look towards her mate, "I'm sorry.. today's supposed to be about us but we're..", she stops, continuing it with gesturing herself and her book that sat between them by the table.

"What do you mean?I love helping you with what you love Shorty"

"But I just think it's unfair.. for you, you know?"

"It's your dreams, and you had those before I came.", Jeno explains reassuringly, holding the eye contact, "And since you don't usually ask for help, I'm here..I love you okay?", he further says affirmatively, gently squeezing her hands that were interlocked with his own.

"I lo..", Donghee stops herself, as the worry on her face wash away, replaced by a genuine smile, "Thank you Jeno"

Standing up from her seat, their intertwined hands broke as she swiftly stuff the thick book back to her bag, confusing Jeno, "Come"

Hearing no response from Jeno who simply followed her despite looking confused, Donghee smiled brightly.

"Let's watch the sunset together"
