Chapter 17

You have just woken up with pain shooting through your stomach you sit up and start taking deep breaths "Louis" you say grabbing your stomach he just moves "Louis!" You say louder "hmm" he says "Louis you need to take me to hospital my waters broke and I'm in pain" you say and then Louis is straight up getting you a jacket on and taking you to the car "I'm just going to get the stuff keep taking deep breaths" Louis says running back into the house and the into the car once he's in he starts driving and you start to laugh "y/n what so funny" he asks "you running about like there's no tomorrow" you say and he chuckles "well the faster we get here then we know you will be in good hands and we can get these cheeky monkeys out safely" he says holding your hand.

You arrive at the hospital and are now in a room in a bed waiting for someone to come and tell you what's happening then the door opens "hello y/n I'm doctor Wilson and I'll be here to help you when your having birth but so far your not quite ready to give birth so I want you to try and get as much sleep as you can so you are ready ok" Dr Wilson asks you "yeah" you say and he leaves the room "Lou" you say "yeah baby" he says "can you ask your mum to come I really want her here she knows what to do and can help me" you ask "yeah sure I'll phone her" Louis says stepping out the room to phone her. He comes back in "she's on her way she said to keep taking deep breaths and try and have a sleep" Louis says "ok I'm going to try get a sleep" you say drifting off to sleep.

You wake up because pain is shooting through your stomach "ARGH" you shout opening your eyes "shh honey its ok take deep breaths it will all be over soon" jay says "jay you came" you ask "of course honey i love you your like my own daughter" she says taking your hand "thanks but this hurts so bad" you say "I know honey and if your wondering where Lou is he just went to get some coffee" jay explains "okay please tell me I can push soon" you ask "yep doctor should be here soon honey" jay says. 10 minutes later Louis come in with Costa for him and jay "y/n your awake" he says "no shit Sherlock" you say and he chuckles " aw I love you" he say kissing your forehead you smile. Dr Wilson come through with some nurses "right y/n it's time to push" he says putting gloves on you grab Louis hand and he squeezes it "okay ready for your first push y/n" the doctor says and you nod "okay then push" he says.

20 minutes later
You now have a beautiful baby boy called kayden and beautiful baby girl called Abbie. Jays holding Abbie and Louis holding kayden "y/n there beautiful" jay says a tear running down her cheek you smile. Jay has just left to drive back up to Doncaster to bring Dan and the girls down and you and Louis are sitting on the bed with your two beautiful children "y/n I can't believe I'm a dad" Louis says looking at your babies "neither can I you should probably phone the boys" you say "oh yeah" he says taking out his phone he rings Harry first and puts him on speaker "hello who is this and why are you calling me at 6 in the morning" Harry asks through the phone you chuckle "Harry we have two baby tommos waiting to see their uncle Harry" Louis says and Harry squeals "I'll be right there" he says "but phone the rest of the boys first" Louis asks "yeah sure Lou bye" Harry says and the hangs up. You and Louis are now eating a McDonald's when Harry comes in "hi" you say with a mouthful of food "haha hi y/n how you feeling" he asks "I'm feeling not fat anymore" you say and he chuckles walking over to the twins incubator "aw there so cute what are there names" Harry asks "Abbie and kayden" Louis replies "can I hold one of them" Harry asks "sure bring one of them over to me so I can feed them and you feed the other one" you say Harry brings kayden over to you and he feeds Abbie "I can't believe my best mate is atchually a dad" Harry says chuckling then you start dosing off.

Louis PoV
Y/n fell asleep and Harry has just left so I put kayden back in his and Abbie's incubator and then took a picture of them and put it on Twitter with the caption - baby tommos it had only been on Twitter for 1 minutes and I'm getting hundreds of dms so I decided to reply to one which was really nice it said hi Louis I would just like to say that the twins are lovely and I hope you and y/n have I really nice life together and would you tell y/n she has inspired me to be my own person and if anyone bring you down show em who's boss haha bye love you and y/n xx. The door opened and in came Perrie and zayn came through the door with card and and balloons "hey mate" zayn said closing the door Perrie speed walked over to the twins incubator "aw Louis there adorable I bet your proud" Perrie said "yeah I'm proud of y/n as well I mean she took labour so well even when she was in pain still had a smile on her face and was her cheeky self I mean my mum wasn't like that when she was having the twins my mum was screaming and even bit Dan" Louis says laughing and zayn and Perrie bursts out laughing "so what are their names" zayn asks "abbie and kayden" I tell them "well then we better get going we're having dinner with perries family" zayn said giving me a bro hug and then they both walked out. I got a text from Niall telling me congrats and he'll come see the twins once he's back from Ireland and then a text from Liam saying him and Sophia will come visit tomorrow and with that I decide to hop in next to y/n and have a sleep.

Your pov
You were woken up to crying so You opened your eyes to see Louis asleep next to you and got out walking over to the incubator taking Abbie out lying her on the bed then getting kayden out and lying him next to her then you made both of them bottles and fed them. You were in the middle of feeding the twins when a nurse came in "is everything ok miss fortune" she asks "yes everything's ok thank you em do you know when I will be discharged" you ask "I think you can go home tomorrow but another nurse will probably tell you tomorrow" she says "em could I maybe have a cup of coffee" you ask "sure what to you take" she asks "2 sugar and milk" you say "I will be back in a few with your cup" she says. You leave Abbie and kayden lying on the bed and go over and check the time on your phone it's 3.50 in the morning you check your messages from jay telling you she will be here tomorrow with the rest of the gang. The nurse comes in with your cup of coffee you drink it then hop back into bed with Louis and the twins.
