Chapter 34

Louis PoV
I heard y/n's alarm go off and I groaned turning around. I didn't have to work today but I wanted to get up to ask y/n about her maybe being pregnant so I opened my eyes "morning baby" I smile as she turns to look at me "morning" she mumbles stretching "I'll got make you some coffee and toast" I tell her and she smiles. I had made her coffee and toast and sat in the living room as she came down the stairs "thanks" she tells me and sits down in the opposite couch as I turn in the TV and we watch law and order. She just finished her coffee and toast and I now think it's a good time to ask her "y/n I think you might be pregnant" I blurt out and her head snapped round "what?" She asks "when I was rubbing your tummy you had the tiniest bump so I thought you could be pregnant" I explain "are you trying to fuck with me Louis of course I'm not pregnant did you ever think I may have put on a bit of weight" she exclaims "but how do you know you're not pregnant when you haven't done any tests?" I question "because I lost a baby and quite frankly I don't want to do a test" she shouts getting up from the couch and storming away. I wish I knew how she felt about all of this but I don't I'm going to go visit my mum today and talk to her. She came back down the stairs with the twins and she was fully dressed in her work clothes her hair was in a bun and she had Some makeup on she didn't say a word just walked into the kitchen and made the twins breakfast then walked back upstairs probably to get their uniforms set out. It was now half 7 and y/n came down the stairs with her coat and bag "right Abbie kayden I'll see you later bye I love you" she says pecking their cheeks and walking out "mummy doesn't like you today" Abbie chuckles with kayden and I join in "well I think she still loves me" I tell them and they nod and watch balamory.

I had just dropped the twins off and I was driving to my mums but I needed to phone her first so I dialled her number at out the phone on speaker "hey Lou" she answer "hi mum will you be in today I have a day off work and the twins are at school and y/n's at her work plus I have some stuff to talk about" I tell her "sure honey just come whenever you want it will just be me and you" she tells me "ok well I'm on my way now love you bye" I say "love you bye" she says and hangs up I turn the radio on since Ed sheeran was on and I quite like him. Once I arrived I could smell the loving smell of Yorkshire tea I walked into the living room and seen biscuits sitting out on the table and two cups of tea sitting there my mum say me and hugged me "I missed you" she said as she hugged me tighter "missed you to mum" I say hugging her back when we pull away I sit down on the arm chair as she sits on the couch "so what do you need to talk about" mum asked "well do you know how y/n lost the baby well we had sex and I think she pregnant because she had morning sickness and her feet were swelled up last night because I gave her a foot massage and a belly rub and when I rubbed her belly I could feel the tiniest bump" I tell her "did you talk to y/n about all of this?" She asks and I nod "I told her this morning she told me did I not think she could have put on a bit of weight then I said how do you know if you've not done a test and she said because she doesn't want to do one" I sigh "if she is pregnant let her figure it out herself ok when you get home just forget it all happened and don't bring it up she'll know sooner or later" she tells me and I smile "thanks mum so how's everyone doing?" I ask "everyone's great lottie is still learning a lot from Lou and is doing great with hair now. Fizzy is getting stuck in with school. Daisy and Phoebe are going to the academy soon and Doris and Ernest are doing good in primary" she tells me "that's great we all need to have a big family day out one day" I tell her and she smiles "we sure do". I waited until most of my siblings got home from school to have a chat with them and then drove home.

When I get in the door I see y/n sitting on the couch with her head in her hands and the twins arguing "what's going on" I ask and the twins turn to me and y/n looks up "they won't stop arguing and it's over the most stupid thing" she groans "well then Abbie you can go wash the dishes and kayden you can dry them and if I hear any arguing I will make you both do more choirs now go" I tell them as they groan and walk away "Louis I'm sorry for-" she starts but I cut her off "it's ok let's just forget about it" I tell her and she smiles hugging me.
