Chapter 40

Today was the day you went for the scan, you were 3 months along in your pregnancy. You were currently waiting for the twins to come out of school so you could head to the hospital Louis said he would meet you there. "Abbie, Kayden" you shout as you see them come out the door "mum look I painted a picture of all of us" Abbie shouts running over and Kayden running behind her "that's great baby now I have a surprise for you lets go" you say and they cheer. The drive to the hospital was quite eventful you were all singing and dancing because your all crazy that way. You walked into the hospital and Abbie had a very confused look on her face but you still never told her why  you were here, you all sat in the waiting room but there was still no sign of Louis yet you called his mobile 3 times but no answer. "Mrs Tomlinson" the nurse called and you stood up and walked mad as Louis wasn't here you all walked into the little room "okay you two sit on they little chairs" you tell the twins they sat there with confused faces and the nurse chuckled "they don't know?" She asks and you nod. You lie up on the bed and she applies the jel to your little bump then moves the wand around "mum what's that" Kayden asks pointing at the screen "that's your new baby brother or sister" you tell them as they gasp "we get to have a baby brother or sister" Abbie yells and you nod chuckling "do we get to pick?" Kayden asks which makes the nurse laugh "no we don't" you tell him but he doesn't listen because he's to busy focused on the screen. The nurses gives you a booklet and 4 pictures of the scan and you give Kayden and Abbie one each so they would be quiet. You sat in your car "mummy where's daddy" Kayden asks "I don't know why don't you try phone him" you say unlocking your phone and giving it to Kayden. Louis never answered his phone so Kayden phoned Harry "hello uncle Harry" he says "hi Kayden what can I do for you" he asks "do you know where my daddy is?" Kayden asks "no I've not seen him since we were practicing" Harry says "ok because we just went to see our new baby sister or brother and he was to come but he never" Kayden says "aw can you put your mummy on" he asks "yeah mummy uncle Harry wants you" he gives the phone to you then you put it off speaker and hold it between your shoulder and ear "where is he" you growl into the phone "I don't know he had a fall out with someone on the phone but I don't know who" Harry says "okay sorry I'm just stressed" you sigh "it's ok I gotta go gems here bye" he says "bye" you say and fling your phone over to the passenger seat. The twins had made friends with the little girl and boy down the street so you let them out to play on the street with them until dinner was ready you were eating a packet of M&Ms and watching Geordie shore when Louis walked in on his phone he never looked up at you he just walked into the kitchen still texting whoever it was. He came through not bothering to say anything but you pretended not to care but you did. You watched another episode of Geordie shore before you got irritated "I'm going out the twins are out playing in the street incase you care oh and your other child in my stomach is doing amazing as well just thought I would tell you" you snap flinging an ultrasound at him then walking out the door. You went where you always went when you got mad you sister and dads grave. Once you got to the headstone you sat down on the grass and started to talk "I miss you guys, dad I miss how you never got to walk me down the aisle, I wish you could watch Kayden and Abbie grow up and peanut in my tummy but most of all I wish I could talk to you hear your voice I want you to tell me how you think I've done in life" you let out a shaky breath before continuing "and Skye I'd love to see how you would react if you knew that Louis Tomlinson was your brother in law and you have a niece and nephew who are his children, I'd love to introduce you to all his sisters you would have probably became friends with them because they're the sweetest people ever anyway I wish I could still annoy you and have the dates we had but the most thing I miss is not being able to help you out in you problems anymore right well I better go I love you guys bye" you say and walk to your house. You walk in to find all the boys sitting there "y/n say hi to snap chat!" Liam shouts "hi how are you" you shout "mummy your back" you see Kayden and Abbie running to you "hi" you say but they ignore you and both put there heads to your stomach "what on earth are you two doing" you chuckle "we want to hear the baby again like we did at the hospital" Kayden tells you "you need a special machine for that hun now why don't you go see your uncles while I run you a bath" you smile and they nod walking over to the boys. You were putting the tap on when you felt two strong arms wrap around you "I'm sorry for not being there today baby I was buying you a present since its your birthday soon" Louis tells you as you stand up and lean into his touch "I'm sorry for snapping it's the hormones" you sigh and he chuckles "where did you go?" He asks "to see dad and Skye I miss them" you sigh "I know baby if I could bring them back for you I would but I'm sorry I can't" he says and kisses your head "how did I get so lucky" you ask "what do you mean?" He asks confused "you and the twins are the best things that ever happened to me and this baby as well I couldn't wish for anything more" you say and that made him the happiest you've seen him in a while.
