It was now February you and Louis decided to go and visit his mum since the twins were at school so once they were dropped off you headed for Doncaster. "Think it's only mum and Lottie in today" Louis says as you see the Doncaster sigh "oh well we can't stay that long anyway because of the twin-OH" you feel a sharp pain go down your side "Babe you ok?" He asks panicked and you nod "yeah it's fine" you smile but it wasn't. You arrived at Jays, shooting pain going up the side of your stomach but you just ignored "hello" Louis shouted as you both walked in "Hi guys we're in the living room" Lottie shouted and you waddled through "hello my dear" Jay said standing up to hug you and Louis. Lottie came through with tea "oh thanks love" you say "So how's the twins been?" Jay asks "yeah great they fell out over something and are not speaking to each other right now but I bet you they will be soon" you say chuckling "aw see since Daisy and Phoebe turned teenagers that's all they've done is argue and they want separate rooms but I told them either they share a room with each other or Doris and Ernest and that's finale" Jay says and you chuckle. You went to the bathroom and were doing the toilet when you noticed blood and immediately panicked pulling your leggings back up and rushing out "we need to go to the hospital" you choke out and Louis stands up rushing over "why what's wrong" he asks and you shake your head tears going down your face "I'm bleeding". "Right I'll drive to the hospital Louis you sit in the back seat with y/n, Lottie your drive down get the twins and the baby bag from the house then meet us there" Jay says and everyone nods Lottie going to her car and you going to Jays. "Louis hurts" you whimper holding your stomach and Louis gives you a weak smile "I know baby but we're going to the hospital and I'm sure everything will be fine and we could even have our little Amira or Leo" he says and you smile. You arrived at the hospital and Jay rushed in to get someone while Louis helped you out "okay that's it babe you think you can walk?" He asked and you nod, you walked into the entrance then a nurse was there with Jay "hello y/n my names Diane and I'm just going to take you and your husband to see the doctor and whats happening" she tells you and you nod sitting in the wheelchair. "Well y/n your going to need a c-section which is where I'm going to have to cut the baby out" the doctor explains and you panic "buts its to early 3 weeks is my due date" the doctor nods "I know but trust me on this ok" he says and you nod looking at Louis who squeezes your hand. You and Louis were led to a room where you would be getting the c section "okay y/n I'm going to give you a jag on you back which will numb you from your chest down so you can't feel anything during the operation" the nurse said and you nodded holding Louis hand while she gave you a jag. "Okay y/n can you feel anything" she asked touching around your stomach and you shook your head and she nodded leaving the room "Louis I'm scared" you told him and he smiled "so am I baby but they're professionals and they know what their doing so we have to trust them yeah" he tells you kissing your forehead and you nod waiting for the nurse to come back in. You were lying on the bed with some curtain at your face so you couldn't see the operation "okay babe that the cut done" Louis told you and you squeezed his hand as you couldn't see anything and it worried you "babe that's the baby and oh it's Amira we have a baby girl" Louis cheers and you let some tears go down your face "that's great lou can I hold her" you ask and the nurse gives you a sympathetic smile "I'm sorry but we have to take her just now to make sure everything's ok. But that's you all stitched up and we will move you to your own private room" she tells you removing the curtain. You were now in your little room and Louis went to get his mum since she had been sitting in the waiting room through the section cause they wouldn't let her in "hi dear how you feeling" Jay asks as she walks in Louis behind her "tired but I want to see my baby" you say and she chuckles "have a sleep Hun and I promise as soon as Amira comes me or Louis will wake you up" she promises and you give her a lazy smile before falling asleep.

Louis' PoV
Y/n was asleep and I'm glad because she really looked like she needed it plus they haven't brung Amira in yet. "Lottie said she's just going to wait until the kids get out of school instead of just taking them out" my mum tells me "yeah that would be better I hope the baby's okay" I say nervous "Listen Louis she will be fine remember Doris and Ernest were away for awhile as well and look at them they're fine and healthy". A nurse came in half an hour later "here is your baby girl" she smiles wheeling in the cart with my beautiful baby girl in it "We've done everything else she is 4 pound 8lbs we just need her name" she says taking out her clipboard and pen "Amira Rose Tomlinson" I say "Beautiful name for a beautiful baby girl" she says walking out. I go over to the little plastic clear bed that she's in and pick her up "hi baby girl it's daddy here" I say smiling at how small she is "Your mummy's asleep just now because of the big operation she had to go through to get you out" I look over at my mum and see her smiling with tears in her eyes "she beautiful" she says and I nod "she sure is looks like y/n" I say walking over to her and sitting down so she could see what Amira looked like "wow she really is y/n double" she gasps "can it take a picture for Lottie" she says and I nod "course". Amira started to struggle and I guessed she was hungry so I asked the nurse to make a bottle and she said yeah. "Y/n Amira is here and she wants her mummy to feed her" I say standing at her bed side as she stretched and opened her eyes sitting up "hi baby girl" she smiles as I give her Amira "look at you, you look like your big sister so much my little baby" she says kissing her forehead and I snap a picture of her. Y/n was feeding Amira when Lottie, Kayden and Abbie walked in "hi mummy and daddy" They say and I smile hugging both of them "guess what?" I say and they look confused "what" Kayden asks "You have a baby sister" I say as they gasp and look at y/n running to the bed "be careful" I say as they climb on the bed "she looks like you mummy" Kayden says and y/n smiles "do you both want to hold her?" Y/n asks and they nod "well sit up next to auntie Lottie and gran and your daddy will help you" y/n tells them handing my baby girl back to me. "Is she supposed to be this small daddy?" Kayden asked and I chuckled "Remember she wasn't supposed to come until a little while later that's why" I say and he smiles giving her a kiss on her forehead before I give Abbie a hold "hi your my baby sister and when your older we can go shopping and do makeup" everyone smiled "can gran have a hold now because she's been desperate to have a hold since Amira came into the room" y/n laughed and my mum blushed taking Amira off Abbie.
